I agree that video can be selective, a pity the serious bit isn't available to see. Also is there any evidence of her phone being hacked or the consequences of such an action. In the video "the uninvited kiss" is compared to the Real Madrid and Spanish goalkeepers uninvited kissing of a female interviewer. This was equally reprehensible, but has anyone suggested that Casillas is the worst type of sexual predator. I still feel that his behaviour was inexcusable.

Nope. Heard of a peck on the cheek. Never on the lips. You’ve never had a random woman kiss you on the lips? Not a random man though was it. It was the head of an organisation who thought he could do what he wanted to an underling on the world stage. He is literally twice her age and said it was like a kiss he would give one of his daughters. Carry on thinking it was OK though. If it was your daughter or granddaughter who was affected would you be as blasé? The last bloke who I asked ducked the question, assume you'll have the guts to answer.

I’d find it very creepy, I do have a teenage daughter and of course I wouldn’t be happy and neither would she. I do think all this talk of sexual predator etc is completely overblown though

Nope. Heard of a peck on the cheek. Never on the lips. You’ve never had a random woman kiss you on the lips? No. But if it happened I would want the right to decide whether I found it consensual or not. And if it was a women in a position of authority and power over me who insisted that it was consensual when I said it wasn't and my employer publically supported her version of events and threatened me with legal action for saying it was non consensual then I would go apeshit. But then maybe you prefer sucking that sort of thing up because it's good for your career. And any way us boys love it really don't we?

Who's said anything about women's changing rooms? "I’m sorry, but how do you know for sure it was about power, entitlement and arrogance fuelled by his position of power? Did he tell you that?"I think it pretty obvious, it has all the classic hallmarks. Try reading up on the guy, I'll give you a snippet here, up to 2019 he reigned over a regime that didn't allow the woman's national team to lock their hotel rooms at night so that spot "bed checks" could be carried out, (edit -under the current manager), the last few days he has been accused of touching a woman staffer inappropriately (Edit this was Vilda the manager, my mistake). Of course it's about power.
Obviously you see it differently but as I said, at least try and see it from Hermoso's point of view, she said it was non consensual, she didn't like it, want it or approve of it and that's the nub of it.
You seem to be far more concerned about how Rubiales is been treated than how he treated Hermoso and her revulsion of it.
I make no excuse for his behaviour but you obviously haven't seen the video of her laughing and joking about the incident on the bus with her teamates. www.facebook.com/watch/?v=637973701764771Personally I think she would have forgiven the kiss if it was just about the kiss. His behavior throughout the game was disgusting and disturbing and highly sexual. On reflection she probably sat back and saw what else had happened and felt that this was more of a sexually motivated attack rather than a heat of the moment thing. She wouldn't have known about other things he was doing or had done by the time she was on the bus after celebrating a great victory.

I've just finished watching a 4 part programme on Amazon Prime, called 'We are Newcastle United'. During a game that they needed to win, they scored, & Amanda Staveley, one of the Board members, jumped up, turned to her left & grabbed a man, a fellow Board member, by his face with both hands & gave him a kiss on the lips. No, it wasn't her husband. So what's the difference? Not consensual, but it's an action that's done during a moment of sporting bliss. Hilarious defence. How come his bliss didn't extend to the rest of the line up? Hadn't the bliss died down by the time the match had been won? You sound like you'd be a creepy uncle at a wedding.

This was just in the Spanish news again. Interesting parallel?
