When the atmosphere pressure decreases, it happens especially during thunderstorms and the period from September to November seems to be the worst from what I've read, it can lead to migraine attacks.
Aha, so it's migraine I have!!? Every time the sky turns grey and the thunder comes it feels like my head will explode. Sometimes I want to throw up and my sight affects. I become sound sensitive.
I use to lie down practically. I can't stand medicine due to too low drug metabolism so there is nothing I can do there.
It has become worse by time. I first experienced this when I was around 40, now I'm 55+ and it's definitely worse. I just read migraine usually begins when you're a teenager, then gets worse until you're 30. The coming decades it gets milder and milder. No shit!
Grey skies. I hate them. 🤯

Well that's a heavy post and I feel for you. As a bit of a sailor and so meteorologist I was expecting a discussion on the weather.
Normally when a large thunder cloud approaches it causes a sudden rapid decrease in temperature causing warm air to rise and so the drop in pressure.
As far as your medical situation is concerned I am not able to comment except to suggest that when such conditions are imminent that you relax in a darkend room, well hydrated and don't worry about it to much.😉

I’ve been likened to a smack head on more than one occasion. Only during a pollen bomb before Cranny comments

It seems my body can't stand any type of grass, wheat, rye or grain, which all are different types of grass; sisal carpets and Jute (but these aren't grass, right?); dried grass efter the lawn mover has done its work; reeds at the lake; timothy-grass. At work more and more people have pollen allergy now. They excuse themselves so the others know it isn't covid-19.

Have you ever tried to equalise in the same way as you would when scuba diving? I’ve no idea if this would help but worth a try if have though.
