The reason that no one seems to have made a considerable offer that he hasn't snapped up by now, seems to me that the majority of clubs don't think he is worth the risk at the moment.Obviously a talent when available but over 2 or 3 seasons a questionable risk for anybody outside the prem?

For the right deal it's a no brainer! What would be the right deal?

We need someone to come in and play most of the season.
That’s not him.
If we sold Wilmot? It’d make sense. But it’d need to be Tuanzebe and another.

For the right deal it's a no brainer! What would be the right deal? A structured deal based on appearances, there is no such thing as a pay as you play deal, players get a basic wage but then paid more for game time, like I say he's quality and to all those saying he's had no pre season how do we know he hasn't been training with Man u or another club? Many players do this when out of contract.

FFS why can't some people understand there's no such deal as a pay as play. Gouranga.

More? Less?

FFS why can't some people understand there's no such deal as a pay as play. Gouranga. A grand a week and big bonus for minutes played? Obviously a massive climb down from £60k a week but with his injuries who is going to give risk more. He could choose to retire (he must be able to afford that), but if he wants to play football, I can’t see him getting better offers to play He must know that if he’s fit he will play ( he’s the best CB we’ve seen here since Hugh/Ryan/ m’lord).

You couldn't sign someone from the Vile on that contract. There's 2 chances - none and slim but slim has just left the country. Gouranga.

Good luck with keeping him fit. If they do they’ve got a player on their hands. I just can’t see it though.

Part of me wanted him to come. Part of me knew it would be a bad idea.
Hope he does well there and I hope he can sort his physical problems out.
