And the sun shines now. RIP ๐ช Adrian Tempany borrowed that line for the title of his book about Hillsborough - starting with his account of being there and then the subsequent cover-up and fight for justice. A really good read, and only ยฃ3.50 on the site we all shouldnโt use but do.

Brilliant from the Forest supporters at Anfield today, unfurled in the 6th minute ... Respect The 97 Solidarity With Survivors No To Tragedy Chanting
Good article on the Beeb website about the Forest fans who were there that day. How theyve almost become forgotten over the years despite witnessing the horific events. Some of them have suffered tremendously. Seems the campaign group have reached out to them in recent years and they are now getting the support they need. If I coukd post links I would do Here's the link www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/68663955

My missus has flowers for today and will be laying them next to the memorial. She knew 2 that died and has never been to Hillsborough before.

It really does beggar belief that the Leppings Lane End is still standing 35 years after the disaster. English football stadiums have gone through momentual change in the last three and a half decades and millions of pounds have been spent to improve facilities for football fans, pretty much as a result of what happened at Hillsborough in 1989, but that stand still remains virtually untouched. And SWFC spent eight seasons in the Premier League from 1992-2000.
Pretty revolting if you ask me.
RIP the 97.

I've often thought that myself Dave To be honest I'm surprised they are still at Hillsborough at all and it's still called Hillsborough, they could have moved to a more modern stadium for sure

This was down to the owners of the time, but this isnโt the time for the blame game so apologies if Iโve offended anybody.

Pretty embarrassing from the Kidsgrove fans involved if this if true..... I went to a Kidsgrove game in the Staffs Senior cup a couple of seasons ago against Rocester. The abuse some of their fans (grown men i'll add) were giving the teenage Rocester keeper was disgraceful to be honest.

One of the dick heads in question has Kidsgrove Athletic/Man Utd in his Twitter bio so hopefully none of the scumbags had any link to our club......

There were only 250 odd people who attended the match, so shouldn't be difficult to work out who said what.
