Sun’lan A - in the playoff hunt, Neil’s return. Blew them away 1-5
B’burn H - playoff team, 11 unbeaten. Stormed to a 3-0 lead, only wobbled with the 2 late goals
Boro A - 3rd in table, won 7 in a row at home. They couldn’t get out of their half and were lucky to come away with a point.
Norwich H - playoff chasers, we had chances, finished 0-0
Cov A - playoff chasers unbeaten in 7 - demolished them 4-0. Could easily have been eight.
In every game the opposition commentators and fans have expressed disbelief that we're so low in the table, many saying we're the best side they've faced this season.
If we can keep at least a couple of the loanees, make one or two of other shrewd signings... sky's the limit next year.

The next step is winning when we don't play well to do that regularly we are going to need that killer striker

£150 on us going up next season, and if we can reach the playoffs this year we may even go up with this team.

A fantastic string of performances in a difficult run of games, which should have yielded maximum points. We deserved to win both the Boro and Norwich games too.

A very difficult proposition but from what I've seen in the last 5 games, I wouldn't be surprised.

I’m really glad that we are finally looking like a good side under AN. The last 5 games have actually been fun, which has taken some time to achieve.
Pearson is the key signing this season (and Sterling). I just don’t see the rest joining, so it looks like a huge rebuild. Who knows what next season will bring but at least this one has had one period of good football in it.

They are on 61 with 7 to play. I reckon 72 would be enough this year and that's doable with our fixtures and the way we are currently playing. 3 wins in the next 3 and we can have a firmer idea of what's possible.

If they did make it Stoke would be red hit favourites

It will be very interesting if we can keep winning though.

Oh for us to have started this run 10 or even 5 games earlier, it could have been a really interesting end of the season. What we must do though is push on as much as we can for the rest of the season and make some sort of statement that we can build on for next year.

Millwall have an easy looking run-in. Blackburn are wobbly tho. The problem is we have to win every game and none of the chasing pack can have a good run themselves

I’ve said all season I’ve not seen a decent team in this league.
Well I’ve seen a decent team now.

Impressive that we went into an international break and actually carried on where we left off, can’t say I can remember that of late.

We have, for the first time since 2016, something to get really excited about though! Clearly we’re going to absolutely piss the league next season 😀😀 BM

Coventry manager after the game said if there were another few games this season we'd reach the play offs and said how far ahead of them we are despite the fact we're below them in the table haha

He took over them when they were basket case, a complete basket cases basket case club if you like. To have them consistently in the top half of this league, with their budget is no mean feat. He has a net transfer spend of around -6M whilst taking them through the leagues. Chuck in two evictions and chaos behind the scenes too.

Picked us to finish 11th at season-start. Based on the negative bullshit universe we inhabited at the time, I really thought even that was a push.
Now am hoping they prove me wrong and finish higher. But will be careful not to hope too hard, because that's gotten us f*cked in the past.
Having said all that, am really loving this team and the way they're putting in the effort - THAT was really all I was hoping for. Thank you SCFC for getting your shit together and proving to me that (even if they're loans) somebody can actually spot good footballers.
I'm excited, am happy clapping and feel free to make fun of me!
And I still love Brown - so deal with it.
