We will be OK and that's even taking into account the Warnock factor at Huddersfield.
If either they ,Cardiff, Wigan or Blackpool finish above us then we deserve to go down.
It's absolutely imperative we get the recruitment right this summer though whether it's AN or AN Other in charge.

April will make or break this season. Yeah I was thinking they are winnable games but that is really the last chance saloon.

4 points from what many were predicting would be a 3 game / 9 point set of fixtures
ANYONE who has supported Stoke for long enough knows that only a fool would discount the possibility of relegation for this shower of shite

I dont think we are any worse now than we have been all season so for that reason I expect us to get another 14-16 points

I’m really not confident at all. We could very feasibly collect zero points from the next six games. I wouldn’t be at all surprised to pick up zero points in March…and maybe get a couple of pastings too…it really will be a struggle not to finish in the bottom three this year.

I was thinking about this earlier today before KO. I wonder how many games before the end of the season we will witness several of our window signings actually play to their individual potential after extensive injury lay offs or absence from regular first team action.
Take a second to think about. Surely there must be some rationale behind the signings, next season perhaps.

You forgot to say our xG today was 8.335 so we actually won 8-1 and put another x3 points in the xbag. So in the expected league we are pushing for a play off xplace. Meanwhile in the real world we got nowt today. You can't defy the xG forever. At least I don't believe you can We're 12/1 with Bet365 to go down so anyone who really thinks we might should be lumping on it! Our xG means nothing. I prefer to look at our WTFGO to get a decent FO on our RGs.

We're 9 points away from relegation and 10 points away from top 6.
So ... we're the worst of the midtable fodder. Talk of relegation after Blackpool was extreme.
The only game I think we get battered from the next 13 is Boro away. The rest we're well in the game.

We’ll be fine. We’ll finish about 13th / 14th. Not acceptable, but hopefully some positive momentum to take into next season.

We're done unless we sack the manager but even then he's done untold damage and every chance its not recoverable today is a seismic defeat This sort of comment is common place nowadays with many fans playing football manager on their laptops. They don't think for one minute! They do not think too much about finance and contracts and adopt a Queen of Hearts personality towards managers. Many of Stoke's previous managers have since demonstrated their ability to manage. Our new manager has entered into a very difficult situation and requires time. Recent results show that the team can be competitive if not brilliant and that we can score goals. I wish people could be more patient.

I think we should go on a little run now. Blackpool was a bit of an anomaly. Hopefully with players coming back from/avoiding injury we can claw ourselves into the top half, shock horror. A lot might rest on Tuanzebe

Statistically and to the eye out last 10 games confirm we have been steadily improving this season. We play more on the front foot and are creating more chances. With a clinical striker we would have taken 6 or 7 more points in the last 10. AN’s signings look promising (Sterling, Hoever, Pearson, Tuanzebe and Sarkic) and he has cleared out deadwood. With time to sign more of his own, we should be backing him.

The only game I think we get battered from the next 13 is Boro away. The rest we're well in the game. Agree. For us to make the playoffs we have got to make up 10pts in 13 games. To do this we will probably have to lose only 1 or 2 out of the remaining games. That will be some going. For anyone of the bottom 3 to catch us they have got make up 9pts. To do that they will probably have to lose only 2-3 games. It is much more difficult to win games at the bottom than it is at the top. If you think we may be relegated then you must also accept that we could make the play offs. I think neither is probable.

I can see 20ish points, 6 wins, and a couple of draws. I think we will turn over a couple of playoff hopefuls in that, and lose to some shit sides. Hopefully the manager has the grit to manage a promotion push next season.

If Calsberg did the next five games. Joking aside I'm looking forward to Saturday for the first time in a while. I think a draw is favourite but I have a feeling we might sneak it if we can keep Bradshaw quiet.

What a depressing lot you all are! A couple more wins and draws will see us safe, but we're starting to play well over the past few games, so there's no reason why we shouldn't beat Millwall & other play-off challengers in the next few weeks. I'd sooner we play those sort of teams than the pressure games against teams at the bottom!
