Still reminds me of Walters, a boo boy, definitely somewhat limited but always consistently pops up with goals regardless of his or the team's form.
Probably the player I most want to see bag for us, really like him.

Still makes me laugh when folk prefer Campbell to him 😂 thank fuck Neil still has faith! Might not be technically a great footballer but he more than makes up for it with effort.

If we’d have played him up front alongside a target man or as a wide-forward all season, he’d be on 10-12 goals by now. Instead, we’ve tried to use him as a target man or as a right wing back.
People may not like him but he is effective when played in the right system.

Brown was MOM for me. Took his goal well, and bought us a penno with his good run.

He's very, very good. Excellent player. The first name on the team sheet for me.
The debate around him is very reminiscent of the debate around Mama Sidibe.

Needs to play as a right forward or not at all. Been that way since he joined

Hes had a good games in a few positions, hes also had a few bad games as well. But hes consistently been our best goal threat for 2 seasons and the fuckwits need to get off his back. Needs to play as a right forward or not at all. Been that way since he joined

We should go with Campbell-Tezgel-Brown from now on

Campbell was by far the better out of the two tonight. Campbell had more space and looked to get at the opposition. He created Browns goal too pretty much out of nothing with a burst of pace. Thought he looked a threat, particularly in the first half.
Where as Brown spent most of the first 70 minutes giving it away by either sloppy passing or poor control. He does have a habit of popping up with a goal or two though.

That is the difference between being where we are on where we should be for me. The system tonight worked. This shitty 5 at the back and playing out from the back like a pound land Barcelona is why we are where we are.

He couldnt pass to a Stoke player tonight and every attack was ended when it reached Brown.
Hes so frustrating to watch
BUT he does keep going and going like a duracell bunny and quite often pops up with a goal.
If you have Campbells ability combined with Browns athleticism and effort then you have a hell of a player.

He was really poor tonight.
His control is none existent and he consistently struggled to find a player in red and white. The pass he made were perfectly bisected the two Stoke players from 5 yards away a particular highlight.

And you score him 5 and day he was very poor because of a couple of misplaced passes! Nearly the whole team missed passes tonight!

He scored a 5 because he scored a goal. He was one of the worst offenders and his touch was really the killer. Stifled so many attacks. He had a bad game.

I’m with Bayern on this.
Goal aside the amount of times I found myself audibly groaning because he’d failed to control the ball, lost the ball, misplaced a pass or just ran into a defender tonight was numerous.
He’s not on his own with this but Brown was one of the worst offenders for this tonight.
I like the lad but he should be a squad player.

He’s a very frustrating player as he does so much wrong however he has a big heart, works his boots off and was ultimately responsible for 2 of our goals tonight. Campbell was excellent tonight just wished he was like it more often.
