Claims in Germany they've agreed personal terms - just the small task of convincing Daniel Levy on the price now! Isn’t that against the rules? I thought that there was a law in place that agreements could only be made after agreeing fees, otherwise you can disrupt anyone you want and force moves.

Can’t speak directly to the player but nothing stopping the agents agreeing terms that would suit their client. In this case the agents being the clients father and brother.

It's got plenty of substance. Bayern is very much a cop out move too. Which is inkeeping for him. Why is it a cop out? Going to the Bundesliga champs, testing yourself abroad and playing champions league football is a cop out. Staying at a 5th to 8th place side with little to no chance to win anything shows real courage.

Staying at a 5th to 8th place side with little to no chance to win anything shows real courage. That's not how I interpreted his comment and I of course could be wrong. But I thought he was suggesting that by going to Bayern he wouldn't be going to a club that would realise his potential. How many times have they now won the title on the bounce, 10+? It's essentially a one club league, would he be proving himself to the world if he went in the same way to Celtic or Rangers, was the point I thought he was making? Bayern will be favourites to win the Bundesliga with or without Harry Kane next season and indeed they'll probably will win the Bundesliga with or without Harry Kane next season. I'm not at all sure that the alternative Bayern was thinking of, was for him to stay at Spurs, as you have suggested.

By that logic then joining a top team that are favourites to win silverware is a cop out for everyone isn't it? Is Bellingham a cop out for joining Real Madrid and not staying at Dortmund and aiming for the Bundesliga title? Or anyone Man City sign? (Grealish, Haaland, etc.). Since the league or at a minimum one of the domestic cups is theirs. What about Ronaldo and Messi for their choice of clubs throughout their careers? Or Pep for managing teams that were already champions? Bayern fluked the Bundesliga in the last game of the season. If Dortmund hadn't of messed up in their last match by missing a pen then they would have been champs. Any player Bayern sign needs to maintain a high level of performance to keep winning these titles. Muller is old and any striker going to Bayern will be compared to Lewandowski, who they haven't effectively replaced. It's a high pressure job. If Kane joins them then he's not a cop out at all.....and doesn't he deserve to have a better chance of silverware?

Imagine if he went there and they didn’t win the league 🤣🤣 They didn't 'win' it last season, Dortmund lost it. Absolute bottle job by them. It will be a move very much focused on the Champions League and to fill the massive Lewandoski hole.

If Norway don't qualify Kane will be the best goalscorer at the tournament The world's greatest ever players have missed crucial penalties

Have you watched much of Spurs this season? He has single handedly dragged them through match after match after match and if it wasn't for him, they would easily have finished bottom half. In the Prem, Haaland scored 36 goals in the best team in the world, whereas Kane scored 30 goals in an utterly dreadful Spurs team. If it was a choice, I genuinely would rather have Kane playing for England than Haaland, he is the epitome of the total striker.

Both are complete strikers who do so much more than score goals, which both do extremely well. With regard to Dortmund, you can also say that had they not go trounced 4-1 by Bayern a few weeks back then they also would have won the title. There is more than one factor enabling a team to win a title. The Bundesliga is considered one of the Top 5 leagues in the world. Bayern have won the Champions League in recent memory, and Frankfurt won the Europa League. It's a highly competitive league, and one where medals and trophies would still complement Kane's legacy. Saying that, I think he should still hold out for Madrid.

I don’t question his ability, I just think in an England shirt he’s had 3 tournaments of being a nearly man now. Same goes for Southgate. We need ruthless winners to get us over the line in the national tournament. Kane is absolutely desperate to win a trophy and I think it’s a hindrance in tournament football.

I’d be disappointed if he didn’t go to Bayern (or Madrid, if that’s really an option). Chance to test yourself at one of the great clubs, in a new culture, actually win something (including, potentially, the CL). Otherwise, where is he going to end up in England? Spurs for another season then somewhere like The Shit when he’s hit 30 (and, hopefully, still not win anything)?
I also think it’s good for the national team to have more English players plying their trade abroad. I was delighted that Bellingham went to Madrid, and disappointed Rice seems to have no interest in Bayern and would rather go to Arsenal (and again, hopefully, win nothing).

Good players, play well , regularly...Shaq, Arnie, mo Salah, jack grealish and co.
Great players ...Roy Keane, Bryan Robson, Jimmy greenhough , Mike Doyle , Howard Kendall, Kevin de bruyne and co ,don't just play well themselves, they make their team mates play better too.
Harry kane is a great player.
