Come up trumps again for Saturday….I was on the waiting list and I’m oh so happy! Takes me 25 minutes to get to the ground taboot.
Cue a 3-0 drubbing.

Have to say I think they are very good Most business are all about making money and are generally hard work to get common sense, ours seems full of common sense which is refreshing

Being London based 20 yrs ago they used to phone me to see if I wanted tickets for any of the Southern away games. That was service……

The ticket office definitely went through a ropey spell pre Premier League era, although the last few years have generally been really good. All phone enquires dealt with efficiently and friendly aswell which does make a big difference to the customer experience.
Anyone spoken to the lad who works at the Club Shop warehouse, online order line, he was really helpful aswell whenever I've rang them in the past.

Admin please ban all the above - we can not have posters saying positives about Stoke City Likewise over the years I have found the ticket office staff very helpful on the phone and answering emails.

There’s actually a lot of good stuff with regards to our club isn’t there?
Just got to get matters on the pitch sorted, which I think we will.

I agree they're generally brilliant. Apart from the last time I phoned up when I was 28th in the queue. But that wasn't their fault it's all you useless buggers phoning up taking up my place in the queue, so stop it.

Almost every time I’ve been on a waiting list for away games I’ve had a phone call saying I’ve got a ticket, quite a few people must change their mind at the last minute for various reasons…..

Recall a thread regarding the ticket office back in the days of PL…think it was 1st home game of the season under a new ticketing system and people were queuing to collect their tickets and found just 1 counter open and many fans missed the first half. There was carnage on here.

Gone are the days of miserable Graham and getting a bollocking off Margaret😊 Margaret was brilliant as well. She had a huge heart. As a youngster, we used the Coach (usually no2) for away games and for the Liverpool Cup game (Tony Kelly last minute equaliser), my old man couldn't go due to work. It was to be my first away game without a parent in tow and my mum was adamant I wasn't able to go. The away game before, Margaret told my old man to get my mum to ring her or go down to the ticket office to see her. My mum did just that. Margaret explained how the coach travel worked, straight to the ground, straight in the ground, straight back on to the bus and straight home. She promised to look after me. My mum yielded, let me go, but said it was a complete 1 off and I wouldn't be going to an away game on my own again at the age of 13/14 or whatever I was at the time. I went, got home safely, Margaret saw me off the bus and into my mums car, told her how well behaved I'd been and that I was welcome on her bus any time. I can't remember what the next away game was (I want to say Leyton Orient but I can't remember) but I went again, on my own with my pals and without the old man. God bless her. Margaret was a legend!

Always had great dealings with them.
I had a knee replacement just before Lockdown and they were brilliant arranging seat swap to disabled and included parking as well 😀😀
I would love to go to Blackpool for an away birthday week end but don’t know if it’s worth trying on the waiting list.?
