They have measured my cholesterol values on different occasions throughout the years but they have always been low, too low.
The LDL (bad cholesterol) have been 0.0-0.3 and values under 3.0 is superb they say. Anything up to and around 5.0 is fine.
The HDL (good cholesterol) have been around 0.5 and values here should be above 1.0.
The only advice I've been given so far has been to eat more unhealthy food, crisps, white rice and so on.
What to do, apart from see another clinic for a second opinion perhaps? It could a hypertyreos or more likely a malabsorption problem, but don't know what could be done about the latter.

Almost anything, lots of milk, ice cream and chocolate, but not side pork, broth, bacon or whipped cream. No coffee, no alcohol, no water melon, no dates, no japanese food. More pineapple juice, pomegranate juice, blueberries and ginger than most people. Definitely more carbohydrates from potatoes, quinoa, brown rice and gluten free pasta than most people. Vegetables, fruit, chicken, fish and meat.

I remember reading somewhere that eating steaks and ice cream helps but only (and I repeat only) if you also watch more porn and have at least 2 extra wanks per day for a fortnight.

Wanking has so many health benefits and it's fun too, either alone or with a friend www.google.com/amp/s/theconversation.com/amp/happy-news-masturbation-actually-has-health-benefits-16539
