Sweden is fantastic.
Four rapists raped a swedish 35 year old woman in the woods after they had kicked her legs hard and brutal so she fell and then they raped and filmed the whole thing.
Now they were convicted and the result was four years in swedish prison. They can start their academic university education immediately if they like then and without any loans to pay back afterwards. And they won't have to stay in queue for a room in a student corridor or pay any rent or anything.
But here comes the worst part ... (I hope you're sitting down).
The authorities here have found out they were criminals in the first place in their homeland, which happens to be Eritrea; They had escaped from the military service duty. The court here has decided not to send them back therefore, since it would be a risk they will be chased to do their duty. There is something here they say called The Foreigner Law (UtlƤnningslagen), and according to it a person can't be sent back if prison or any other inconvenience awaits for him (her) in their home country.
The normal procedure is otherwise prison time here then forbidden to return to Sweden for fifteen years.
Opinions?

Saw Four Rapists Must Be Protected supporting World of Twist in the early 90s.
Great band.
(Edit: It might have been Four Non-Blondes when I think about it)

It reminds me, I just HAVE to connect the stereo in the living room tomorrow and play my 4 Non-blondes cd. š¤
