Ball is overhanging the line.When did that come in... Years ago, which is why at most corners the ball looks out of the quadrant but isn't.

Ball is overhanging the line.When did that come in... If any part of the ball is behind the front edge of the line it’s in. It’s been like that for years. Same as players taking corners from what looks like being out of the quadrant or whatever it’s called🤣

It does look in in that frame but I could have sworn it went further out Whatever.. it was some 'get' to return the ball into the goalmouth from that position.. his foot doesn't even look far enough beyond the centre of the ball to get it back
