www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-12930561/Leicester-Daniel-Iversen-join-Stoke-City-loan-Foxes-medical-Potters.htmlLeicester rejected an offer of around £4million from Crystal Palace last summer for Iversen and have been awaiting fresh offers for this window. Iversen's valuation had deterred other suitors late in the summer window and he has since been left on the periphery eager to get first team game time again and hopes that can happen under Steven Schumacher at Stoke. They are understood to have paid a small loan fee for Iversen who will have a year left on contract at Leicester at the end of this season. Iversen was due to train with Stoke today before they take a decision on what role he can play against Brighton.

Could this be the Mark Crossely signing. Not really we were unlikely to get relegated with or without. And we don’t really want a keeper who comes in on loan does well then we’re unable to sign. It’s more like a signing a goalkeeper on loan signing.

Why on earth would they reject 4mil? Because they valued him at £6M that’s what they quoted us in the Summer. He was AN’s first choice GK target. 6million for a third choice goalkeeper in the championship was always going be pretty far fetched. You’d think they’d of just taken the 4mil.

Good signing. Wish we had got him three seasons ago instead of messing around with Calamity Bursik, Davies, Gunn etc.

Rejecting £4m and leaving him to rot/his value to deprecate is a very Tony Scholes move by Leicester….

Iversen. - Preston mafia . Was no 1 for Leicester awhile ago . Now no 4/5. Why ? Have you seen Leicester play this season? The defence and the goalkeeper play keep ball in their own 18 yard area - it takes a very particular set of skills to do what they do and Iverson, like most conventional keepers, hasn't got it. He's perfectly adequate with the ball at his feet for a keeper but he just isn't up to what Leicester expect. Very good keeper at this level. The situation he's in at Leicester is down to their style of play rather than him losing form.

Welcome to Stoke Daniel.

Welcome to Stoke. Hope he does well. Must admit I've never been convinced by him whenever I've seen him though willing to be proved wrong though! Well he had an absolute blinder for Preston a couple of years ago at their place. If not for him we would have battered them. That's one of the few times I've seen him play but my Preston supporting mate raves about him. He was their player of the season that year I think.
