So Percy says he's there, and this guy says he will be there. Pedantics. Percy posted 45 minutes later than the other guy. Guess he's seen him at the training ground whereas the other guy has been told he's due a medical today.

Assuming he signs what sort of keeper are we getting? Is he calm or erratic, does he command the box or mainly stay on his line, is he one to distribute the ball quickly or slow things down.

Hmm not sure about that I liked the calm that Travers bought even though he didn’t save many you wouldn’t expect him to. I prefer the entertainment at the other end of the pitch.

I hope Bonham plays tomorrow It’s his shirt to lose at the moment in fairness….. It would be good if Iversen is on the bench. The thought of Blondy being involved is not a good one.

I thought Schumacher was a massive Evertonian but alas he supports Celtic. Many of our managers appointed by the Coates family have been Catholic I read something last year (can’t remember where) our links to the Catholic Church go way back before Coates was even born. Wouldn’t want to know that if choosing a club to support now as I won’t have anything to do with religions whatsoever

I will be delighted with this signing. He is very well thought of at Leicester and is every bit the modern goal keeper. He is very good with his feet and an excellent shot stopper. One slight weakness from what my Leicester friend said was that he can get lost on corners, but that was a big issue for Leicester regardless of keeper. I'm sure Schumacher will be aware by now of the weaknesses in our defence so it could be the start of setting the team up with how he wants us to play.

Actually was a keeper at the U18 WC sent home for doing that during a game, Was S American but forget which country. He was getting abuse from behind the goal so decided to walk the length of the away fans , Cororizo in hand.

A 'busy time' ahead. Christ on a bike. We've signed a bucket load of shite in the summer. Nonsense, I think we signed some quality in the summer - unfortunately we still have a few holes in the squad despite all that business, but you can't expect to change the whole team in one window - if our defence and GKs hadn't been neglected for a few seasons in a row I think we'd have fared much better.
Burger, Mmaee, Vidigal, Gooch, Pearson, Tchamedu were all good signings for me (edit - and Junho)
Rose and Stevens are reasonable squad players
The jury is still out on Leris who has looked good at times, and Jojic who we've seen nothing of
Johnson and Wesley have been flops so far
Haks, Hoever, McNally, Travers are all reasonable loan signings
On the topic of this post though, I think Iversen will be a decent signing.
