Been told apparently the 3 we've spoken to other than Dyche are Alex Neil, Wilder & Robins. Apparently, Wilder isn't happy at Boro and wanted to leave in the summer. Personally I wouldn't want Robins, stinks of another Jones who seems to fit a certain club, albeit they spanked us both games last season. Alex Neil, we've been there before! Alex Neil - excellent leader. He might appreciate a board who stand back and let the manager lead. I think that is what has happened at Sunderland. Wouldn’t it be strange if we poached the management team from a club who in the past have poached two of our managers.

Mowbray. Underwhelming but a safe pair of hands.

Would be a very very long shot but Pochettino would 100% suit our players.

Has anyone got any major issues with Sean Dyche?
I'm surprised that he hadn't started the season as there was so much talk about him being the ideal candidate. The media seem to think he is nailed on. I like Hughton though, he has the tactical nouse and doesn't get too fiery after criticism.

Been a long time since Hughton's done anything of note.

Wilder would be excellent, I like how he operates. Alex Neil, hmmm, not sure but I think he’d be an improvement. Dyche will surely wait in the wings for a PL job but who knows?

Just spotted Benitez on Sandon Road, gooooarn Stoke, get it done. saw him outside Riverside Chippy Trent Vale once I was on a bus stuck in traffic & saw him munching away, couldn't believe it was him, surreal found out later he'd been coaching at Stoke for a few days whilst he was out of work > TP was manager at the time, regularly had out of work managers & coaches at Clayton Wood for a day or two

Chopper's obviously reliable.
But I'd be surprised if we were in a position to cherry-pick a manager from billionaire, cash-rich clubs like Boro or Sunderland. If they've been interviewed, though, maybe they fancy it
Robins would probably be up for it. Would take some compo in all cases though.

There was little reason to think this season would be an improvement under him. A new manager would have had the close season and the full transfer window to see what was needed. As for the new man it has to be Dyche for me. Hughton was a disaster at another club on The Trent in his last job and his previous one didn't end too well either.

Would be a very very long shot but Pochettino would 100% suit our players. Haha so we have gone from Stoke-a-lona to Stoke-a-tina ( as in Argentina). Not sure we can match his wages from PSG, or Spurs even, without affecting the fair play rules.

Not sure we can match his wages from PSG, or Spurs even, without affecting the fair play rules. He is jobless and like i said it would be almost impossible, but why not try? If we get promoted he’s the type of manager we should be going for.
