Patience is a two edged sword..
Let's say souttar comes back 2nd half of season, gets back to full fitness and form and improves our defence. Rising us to top half of table. what's likely to happen is he'll get an offer from a prem team and be off maybe the same for tymon, baker possibly. Then with delap back at citeh, gayle a year older and other loanees back at their clubs where does that leave us...back to square one rebuilding yet again being asked to show wait for it...patience.
We have a decent squad of players either get them into a winning formation asap or it's time to go MON.

I have no interest in what this man has to say, it's meaningless white noise. In the name of God, GO! I used to have a lot of time for him, but his recent press mutterings have turned me completely against the bloke. I can't bear these excuses. He's actually getting as annoying as TP's last few interviews when he was basically pleading for the Family to keep him.

MoN has built - with no degree of effort and the dark arts I imagine - a very decent squad, including but reliant upon loans, for this season. We can't afford to wait for injuries to heal and hope we can play catch up. Go for broke now or fuck off.

We will get stronger under MON Patience needed, injured need to return and a new signing or 2 If things havent changed by november yes out....but too early now As with most teams its injuries....we started strong last season until injuries struck, hopefully its the other way round this season. Delap will be great when he gets up to speed, and when Gayle gets a goal.... up and running. Defence needs sorting (We need a new keeper though)

Why do we need a new keeper, give him until November - have a little patience etc. etc.

Gayle wont get up and running the way we play. Not enough creativity or chance creation.

If O'Neill had bought wisely to start with,we wouldn't struggle so much because of injuries,he would have every position covered.

I do think under O'Neil if we had a fully fit squad we'd be competitive at the right end of the table. He proved this at the beginning of last season. It all seemed to go wrong once Soutter got injured, Ostigard fell out of favour and we sold Davies. I think O'Neils biggest issue is the fact the squad is very dependant on certain players being fit and available to play his system and at the minute it very much seems like square pegs in round holes. And because of this our play looks incredibly disjointed with no real pattern of play. I really do hope that once big Harry is back in the heart of our defence this will enable us to play out of the back better but it's a lot of pressure to put on someone who has been injured for 12 months. Equally with Tymon, Clarke and Powell. We desperately them back into the first 11.

Its great isnt it, weve got arguably 2 of the best strikers in the championship and no fucker to supply them (until Powell gets back) How did we end up with such a misbalanced squad š¤

Pitchforks are out because of the LONG decline and general malaise. You don't need to be a football genius to see what happens on the pitch with your own two eyes. Its now been over 18 months of crap with various playing personnel changes and yet there are still no signs of the basics improving. Defending, set pieces, throw ins. We look like a poorly coached Sunday league team. 35 points from 31 games. Its insane hes still got a job. This is absolutely a continuation of the dross from last season. There is NO improvement at all.

Iām wondering if there are parallels here between us now, and Forest last season? Houghton came in and steadied the ship, but his negative tactics condemned them to an awful end of season and start of the next. Sound familiar? Then Cooper comes in and transforms them into a promotion side within a few weeks, using essentially the same players at Houghtonās disposal. They always had a decent squad, with āpotentialā but it looks like Houghton wasnāt using them with the right tactics. They had quite a few loan players as well.

Heās got all the charisma, charm and motivational skills of a bowl of lukewarm dog cum.
The only people who have patience with this imbecile is the 18th century dipshits who are still telling the time via a sundial upstairs.
OāNeill is a feckless, flailing minge of a manager and heās that desperate to be euthanised heās resorted to playing Jordan Thompson as a left wing back.
Put this insipid vas deferens out of his misery before we issue a passing wave to flight MH370 on our descent into the abyss.
