Celtic took similar also for their uefa final in Seville under Martin O’Neill around 15 years ago with absolutely no arrests Let’s see eh I think it would have been chaos had they played West Ham.

Imagine you'd booked a nice trip to Seville and that bunch of fuckers were there (my comment goes for any group of football fans when you want a nice little get away). Happened to me a few years ago, late April/early May, I booked Madrid and Sevilla, went by train, Man City were drawm away at Madrid in the CL semi final and Sevilla were in the UEFA semi final on the Thursday, Mrs said I'd planned it like that, id booked it in the January 😆

Not a chance anyone would take 100,000. Nothing like a good exaggeration when it comes to away followings but the emergency glazing companies and Seville's local Autoglass will make record profits. Just seen a video of Rangers and Frankfurt fans singing together in Malaga

My mate is one of those people haha. Well he's gone to Malaga for a week so his holiday hasn't been totally hijacked but he had a plane full of pissed up Scots on the way down and bumped into them quite a lot. Pissing him off haha.

Spent a few nights in Genoa in 90 at W C with Scots and some Brazilians ladies. Great stuff. At least I think it was Genoa 😄. Was also on plane full of Jocks. Was mad ..one fella walking up and down the plane on the bagpipes and the air crew clapping along. A few of the Brazilian gals had no accomodation so had to be neighbourly.

I concur It's hard to generalize, but at the match I think rangers fans define themselves far more by their bigotry than Celtic do Coming second in Britain's most bigoted football fans competition isn't something to be proud of Give Rangers a bit of slack. Are used to coming second. Give them first place in the bigotry stakes at least. Anyone who destroys and changes their menus in hospitality because Eggs Benedict on it and the same name as the Pope are as small minded and bigoted as you get

Wouldn't surprise me the number of fans going, then again are they all fans? I know a good few lads going don't even follow football, going for the party and the atmosphere.

Beautiful city…If you’ve never been it’s a must Anyway back on track This... great city and the stadium is a cracker as well. It's bloody hot mind!!!! Try going in March - it absolutely pissed it down and when we realised it had no roof had to quickly buy ponchos! Who knew Spanish for poncho is poncho. Agree though - the city and the ground are fantastic. Watched game and went out after and watched Barcelona demolish Real Madrid

Currently in the algarve only 2 hours away from seville and there's a few thousand of Rangers fans here ready for the journey over the border later today, some with, most without tickets. All enjoying themselves, but speaking to an older guy in the pub earlier he mentioned the fact that when celtic were crowned champions at the weekend there was carnage in the city centre and damage done, and it was only mentioned .. as he quoted about 13 pages into the national papers. But if there is the slightest bit of trouble in Spain later it will be all over the first 3 or 4 pages

On the subject of Rangers, I suggested when Mark Hughes was sacked about going for Giovanni van Bronckhorst. He'd done a fantastic job at Feyenoord and was available at the time I think. Had UK experience as a player with Rangers and Arsenal. Might not have worked but the kind of appointment we should have been looking at surely.

100k is almost certainly an exaggeration. Clubs have tended to exaggerate about their away trips ever since we took 2 million on our pre-season tour of Egypt during the Suez Crisis.

Lucky lot, cup final abroad in the sunshine, in a great city, what's not to like.
A lady in a running group I'm in is there, they are West Ham fans and booked up just in case, and didn't cancel, saying its all good natured from what they've seen.
Although 5 Frankfurt ultras were arrested last night, about 200 in balaclavas tried to attack Rangers fans and had battles with the police

Many songs and actions of a large number of Celtic fans are disgusting revelling in the murders of innocent British civilians.
