Derby relegated? How's that happened, i thought Rooney had done a remarkable job?

To be fair I thought Derby would've been relegated by March at the start of the season, Rooney has certainly earned a lot of credit as a manager.
They still took 6 points off us...

Well and truly deserved, and I’m not one of those who feel for their fans because they deserve it most. I just pray that Elizabeth’s dept collectors the HMRC strip them to the bone, it’s not like I’ve got a grudge against the interbred twats😀

Other than driving the price down, what impact will this have on their club sale?
It should reduce the cost of signing their players to...

Derby relegated? How's that happened, i thought Rooney had done a remarkable job? Considering the squad yes he has. They haven't been relegated because of Rooney. Interestingly, without the points deduction for Derby and Reading, Birmingham would be in the bottom three managed by Lee Bowyer who I am sure at one point was suggested as a good option for us.

Its the owners that have relegated Derby. They will be back. Rooney has done an impossible job well and in the end the points decision took them down. Rooney will have learnt more this year then than at the later end of his career.

Guarantee that the takeover now goes through. The admins have fucked about until they know for certain which league they’re playing in, and the EFL have let them.

Cracking effort from them. Rooney manager of the season for sure. Manager of the season? Has it ever been given to a manager who got his team to finish 17th? (Adding the points back on, obviously)

We will see how good a manager he is next season when the pressure will change from the fans who will undoubtedly be expecting promotion. If he gets them competing at the top end of league 1 amd promotion then I'll stand corrected.

Cracking effort from them. Rooney manager of the season for sure. It wasn’t enough, they achieved nothing but relegation and that’s what the record books will show, a corrupt club who tried to scam their way to success but ultimately failed. Rooney get out of Dodge as quick as you can and take the trail down the A50.

Cracking effort from them. Rooney manager of the season for sure. if he’d kept them up i would say yes. Unfortunately as much as i dislike the bloke its got to be Nathan Jones I don’t think it matters tbh. No one expected them to do even this well. He’s had players leave and they’ve never given up. He’s thrown in young players and they’ve done well. I think he’s been absolutely brilliant to keep them going and to not be relegated close to Christmas tbh.

Manager of the season? Why not? He’s done tremendous. He’s certainly had to learn quickly and comes across as someone who really gets the modern game and speaks well which has really surprised me. I’d be going after him, he’s a winner and I don’t think he’ll take any shit

That may be so, but would anyone seriously had thought Luton would make the playoffs as they seem almost certain to do. At the start of the season i think people would have thought there would be more chance Derby staying up.
