Yep looked good. However I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see him dropped for the next game.

I don't get the love in with Forrester, he plays it very safe, never breaks the line, apart from once today, for me Wilmot in that role is much more effective.

He played well and would have been better than Smith at right back.

He's a young lad who is learning his trade, and doesn't look put of place in the second tier of English football playing for us, and you don't get the love in?

He played well and would have been better than Smith at right back. Absolutely as soon as Forrester went off we looked vulnerable on that side of the pitch. Smith cannot defend. I don't think they would have scored if Forrester would have stayed on. It was a cowardly substitution.

That decision to take off Forrester, and leave Smith on says it all about O'Neill you need to know, also Tymon was awall, and should have been replaced, trouble is O'Neill can't see the obvious....get him gone now !!

Though I'd keep Jags as a player coach. For experience which would help an all.

He was solid but unspectacular, tbh you can't really say a bad word about his performance

The decision by MON to replace Forrester with Campbell lost us the game. Unspectacular but untroubled to that point. After he went off our shape was shit. First 20 we moved the ball quicker but we sank into pedestrian nothingness. That loss is all on MON for me.

I don't think they would have scored if Forrester would have stayed on. It was a cowardly substitution. We went 433 to accommodate Ty who proceeded to contribute the square root of fuck all but in the process put Smith at right back (and not Bellis or Forrester) a move which directly lead to their goal. Smith is an adequate wing back but as a full back he's an adequate wing back which was where he was when their left wing back scored the goal.

Agree but shouldn't have been if Smith was a bone fida defender or Campbell had been more effective.

If anything it was the complete opposite of a cowardly substitution, as he made the change to try and win the game, something that he's been slaughtered for on here in the past. Please explain why it was a cowardly substation, in fact, what the fuck even is a cowardly substitution?
