Hi does anybody know of any decent kickboxing clubs around the Stoke area? To be honest i dont mind travelling a bit further and would like somewhere that isnt really expensive but is open a couple of nights. Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Yeah Lau Gar's probably the best in the area, some classes there mix some kung-fu elements in too.

lau gar are affiliated to IAKSA, which is the governing body for kickboxing and kung fu if memory serves correctly.
beginners courses are normally held most evenings, but all you got to do is call in and speak to any of the instructors.
