Nice and busy ahead of today's game, but staff were brilliant, kept it moving polite and friendly and enough tills on. Well in to the staff.

Well done for posting this - makes a nice change from the standard moaning , whinging and general feet stamping spoilt child tone of the message board.

If you didn't post this I would have missed the game. Genuine thought it was 7.45pm kick off.
You should proud of yourself you've now upset my Mrs after I told her we are no longer going out and probably ruined my day.

I double checked yesterday or I would have been turning up at 7 today ready for a 7.45 kick off

Spoke to mark on the phone this morning as I had to swap my lads ticket because I’m isolating from covid (he lives with his mum& we haven’t been in contact).
Very helpful and even rang me back to make sure I had gotten my email with my lads new ticket.
I’m guessing the ticket office is under the cosh atm with similar situations, but Mark dealt with it swiftly.

I think they actually listened to the criticism and learned. In the last 5 years really they’ve generally been excellent.
The thought of going there used to fill me with dread but now it’s a breeze. Which yes is how it should be. But it wasn’t always that way and as we’ve seen with other aspects of this club, they can be hard of hearing. So to see one aspect, listen, learn and change is great imo.

Every dealing I've had with him either in person or on social media has been professional and generally excellent. Like Anthony Emmerson on the customer service side, a credit to the club.

Is it still Josh? I’ve been impressed with the club shop the last few times I’ve been in too. Really helpful staff and much better stuff on sale in there than I can remember in a while.
