I'll start tonight...
4 - not a huge amount he could have done with the starting line up, but again the in game management and being able to swing the game in our favour just completely non existent.
No subs til 75 minutes, no change of shape or formation until 85 minutes.
Really needs to figure something out at home because that was atrocious

6 - could have done with earlier subs though
Edit - make it a 5 for being chippy in his RS interview just!

start at 6
Had no choice on the line up more or less
+1 for some touchline Pashun
-1 for bottling it and only half kicking the bottles and looking like a plonker (pulling out a habit ?)
-1 for subs on too late
no change (but possibly minus 1 for how we go from great to piss poor in a week with no game and also how we get to be so poor in second half of games)
overall 5

Team selection was fine.
He made virtually no attempt to go for the win - FFS we were at home.
Didn't even start to make some changes until after the 80th minute - and given that we didn't have a decent chance in the whole of the second half - it was a dreadful management by him.

3 - Campbell was begging to come off from about 60 mins and blowing out of his arse. Fletcher was doing a wardrobe impression most of the afternoon. - both should have been subbed 15 mins earlier....

A poor 3.
Awful game and dare I say it a manager that has no plan B whatsoever.

7 - Boro are a decent side. Neither side looked that dangerous. We could do with a dribbler who can get behind their defence.

3. Garbage football. Poor subs, too late. Injury situation allowing of course. Do the injuries really count here? The attacking 2 is up there with the best in the league. The midfield 3 are close to what he’d start with every game. Etc

6 for me Should have made subs earlier for sure but both teams cancelled each other out. Both managers seemed content with a point. Way OTT reaction by some but all about opinions

Etc In terms of being able to change certain things, and other players knowing their places are safe etc. It's a balance for how strong you criticise him IMO. For example the midfield were playing within themselves for most of the game and it's obvious why.

The excuses are lacking.

Today was very odd from the manager and it’s provably time to bin 3 at the back at home.

5 for me. His lineup made sense. His lack of impetus to go for three points at home is truly infuriating and his sheer lack of having a sub ready to go after 60-65mins each week is his biggest criticism and will be his downfall for me. It is as if he doesn't give a shit at all to get the crowd into any home match to lift our players into a win.

A hard watch.
Way to late with the subs today. Should have been made on 60 minutes not 80.

6. Did the best we could against a team that put ten men behind the ball.
Would have liked to have seen some earlier subs, but a point is a point.

He is as predictable as he is clueless Another post on another thread he says it is “weird” he is mentioned so much. I visit a town where my brother lives and there is a local celebrity who plays a guitar with no strings, he is a vagabond, he is well loved by everybody, yet he Sadly is as mad as a box of frogs, I can see comparisons here…

You’re both proving my point very nicely.
