What is the capacity of Stoke City? 30,089 It has a capacity of 30,089 following the completion of expansion works in 2017. ... Bet365 Stadium. My mistake. Only 30% empty then. Looks pretty shocking on TV. Quite a sad reflection of our degeneration really. I mean the corner was certainly a timely and worthy investment. Is your point that 21,700 in freezing temperatures is a poor attendance or that when the ground is only 70 per cent full 'it doesn't look great on the telly'? I'd agree with you on the second point but if you've watched Stoke City over the past forty years you'll surely know that outside the Prem, an attendance of that size in the freezing cold is decent.

21,739 with 1,614 Blackburn fans Poor imo. But we have endured shit for nearly 5 years. Pretty depressing It's closer to six years if we count the League Cup semi final as the marker of good turning to shit. During this time we've had: *A near relegation to the 3rd tier. *The rotten run in London (no win since 2015, how many different clubs?). *The regular four goal hidings (or worse). *Over two years of not scoring more than twice in a match. *Our pathetic penalty record- both at scoring and stopping them. *Barely any last minute winners or equalisers. Last time I remember us scoring a last gasp equaliser was Reading away, first game after lockdown (apologies if I've missed any). *Years of not winning three games on the bounce. It's a club riddled with failure and complacency from top to bottom. It does make me laugh when people say that it's the fans fault- Stoke fans must be among the most patient in the league. Remember Leicester fans turning on Ranieri and Puel? Now that's fickle (not that it's done them any harm).
