Georgia-Sweden
Thursday at 6 pm.
Zlatan returns. Will it mean Dejan Kulusevski is on the bench? Weird decision if so.
I fear a 0-0 or a 1-1 game noone expects.
Georgia have got some impressive results. They can be hard to beat.

I can understand the need for Zlatan with qualification being so close but hopefully that’s very short term as Kulusevski and Isla need to be playing as they’re both potentially star players. All the best in your next two matches, Georgia a tough game but fingers crossed Greece do you a favour and Sunday doesn’t matter!

I'm not sure I approve of reinserting Zlatan and his ego into the team any time he feels like it. It's not the message to be given to the rest of the squad, especially not to Isak and Kulesevski. I hope they win, but I'd prefer to see Zlatan put his energies and money into Hammarby!

Disappointing. A low key performance all round. The substitutions made little sense to me. Isak and Claessen were better than most, certainly better than the ineffective Zlatan and the very limited Olsson. Andersson's subs are starting to remind me of O'Neill's. Lindelof had a poor second half. Still, maybe a shock in Seville?

Lindelof had a poor second half. Still, maybe a shock in Seville? Zlatan was mentioned as the best player by both experts in the studio afterwards. I would have got Isak and Kulusevski on from the start as forwards. Not that shocked, I've seen Georgia before and thought about their former achievements. A win in Spain is difficult. They presented a list of potential play off countries atm. Sweden will have the home advantage in the Semi final if we are second in our qual group. 3 nations out of 12 go through.

Georgia 2 Sweden 0 just what I feared Good times for sport in Georgia. The rugby side would probably replace Italy in the Six Nations if such things were determined on the grounds of performances alone. (Who's going to turn down a long weekend in Rome every other Springtime?)
