It has character, I love it So do I in a masochostic sort of way. Objectively the standard of facilities for away fans is awful, the worst in the league by some margin, but it's so quirky and bizarre that it almost becomes an attraction. Picking up a debate from another thread, the fact that there is no concourse and therefore no alcohol for sale in the away end, means that some of the behaviour issues which have arisen at other grounds, simply didn't occur on Saturday.

Were they not selling beer from a makeshift bar, could have sworn I saw kegs and taps under a small canopy as I left?

Were they not selling beer from a makeshift bar, could have sworn I saw kegs and taps under a small canopy as I left? I didn't notice that, Terry, but I'd be surprised simply because there's nowhere to drink it. It is of course illegal to take it to the seating deck, and they wouldn't want drinking fans blocking the already narrow entrances.

They were planning on moving about 20 years ago. Not sure what the deal is there these days but sure is taking a while.Choosing between Kenilworth Rd and Loftus Rd is a bit like choosing between Vanessa Feltz and Bella Emberg.
