I always prefer us to wear the home kit when there's no clash. Green would clash far more than red and white so I'd be very surprised if we're in green.

It's been a couple of seasons since we've used a 3rd kit, alot of clubs seem to these days. I wouldn't mind one but there is so much difference between the red & white striped home & green away shirts I really dont know if we could justify having one. I get they are likely more a marketing ploy by clubs but 3rd kits are usually abit out there & there's more licence to make them bright & extravagant. Teams like Celtic make me laugh coz they obviously always have their green & white hoops for home shirts. But they'll design a pure green away kit! I mean if there's a clash with the home kit, say against Hibs, what is the point in having a green away shirt. Hence they generally always have a 3rd shirt. That 3rd shirt could simply be the away kit & jobs a good'n! |
