From the 19th though if you've had both jabs and do a PCR test every day and it's negative you don't have to self isolate do you? If Sage have anything to do with it, Saturday will be the only live game we watch this season. COVID effects a very small amount of people terribly it really does. However, we were promised that the vaccine was our way towards normality. We have to accept COVID will be part of our life for years to come, what we shouldn’t have to accept, is being held false pretence. The world needs to get back to normality, or as close to it as possible It feels pretty close to normality already to me…..

I was up north at the week end and the local news were reporting that the majority of the Middlesbrough squad were refusing the jab. !!
Warnock is not impressed and informed the media.
I know not all agree but to me it is totally irresponsible, and also stating a very poor example to their younger fans.
Maybe they should be made to play in masks 😀💉

I think some people are addicted to victimhood and will always need a baddie to hit out at....cue Sage...a very cosy scapegoat if ever I saw one. Ive been working out and about for 2/3 weeks now out and you would never know that Covid happened.

They need to stop postponements if they can, because it'll become a farce. Get on with it wherever possible, it doesn't have to be as severe as everybody having to isolate all the fucking time.

This pandemic isn't going away anytime soon, there are going to be interruptions to nromal life going on for years. Just wait for the chaos if the λ-variant gets a foothold and starts to spread, because initial indications show that it might be more virulent than Δ and also resistant to vaccines/antibodies. What a load of scaremongering BS, no variant will change that much from the original to evade vaccine or natural immunity That doesnt factor in new pandemics (which Gates and Co are so sure are going to happen) and inaccurate testing..

Oh sorry, I’m not allowed to “because Covid”. I think you can, General visiting guidance – visitors to care homes Every care home resident can have ‘named visitors’ who will be able to enter the care home for regular visits. There is no limit on the number of ‘named visitors’ that a single resident can have and no nationally-set limit on the number who can visit in a single day. That is dated 3rd of August 2021.

That is “government guidance” which many care homes have decided to ignore and keep the complete ban on visitors.

Oh good, I’ll go and see my ailing relative in a care home then. Oh sorry, I’m not allowed to “because Covid”. Care home visits were one of the first things allowed to happen weren’t they? Allowed by law, yes. Allowed by actual care homes? In many cases, no. Even when visiting is allowed is often like a prison, behind a glass screen with a phone. Totally unsuitable. People are dying through loneliness and isolation from their families, many have dementia so don’t even understand why and think their families have abandoned them. But Covid zealots don’t care about this, because it’s not the deadly killer virus.

If so then 😂 Yes I am,not by much though I can take em or leave em, am I glad I don't have to wear one anymore... yes I am, but I have no issues (for now) carrying one around with me and popping it on if I'm in a confined space surrounded by a load of folk who still want to wear them. Your turn now, what does "yer da" mean

Postponement of games .. 2 reasons .
1) . covid in the general population changes , and local or National lockdown / restrictions imposed, possible but hopefully not
2) The more likely reason , will be infection within the players and clubs , especially as night clubs and bars are open ..and mixing between players & coaches of other clubs will happen away from the supposed secure first team bubble … Warnock ( who’s had covid ) tweeted the other day, suggested the take up of vaccinations amongst players ( at MBoro ) was low
‘Neil Warnock wants Middlesbrough fans to urge his players to get their Covid jabs.’
"For some reason the majority of the players don't have the vaccinations, which I think is wrong."
Im for vaccination , but that’s everyone’s choice and not sure the tweet should have been made , that’s a personal choice at best those conversations should have been between players , manager and the clubs appointed covid officer ( believe league guidance says all clubs should have one ..usually the clubs doctor ) ..but if true and replicated throughout other clubs is the indicator of why games maybe cancelled
It also possibly the reason why ST holders in the West Lower were forced to move seats
