Gunn 7 Smith 7 Souttar 8 Chester 7 RND 8 Clarke 7 Allen 5 Mikel 6 Powell 7 Brown 5 Fletcher 6 Subs TOB 6 Thompson 6 Gouranga. Bit harsh marking Allen same as Brown ! I’d have gone Allen 6 Brown 3

Awful day for Brown. The amount of times he gives the ball away can be appalling.

Gunn 6
Smith 7 Souttar 8 Chester 6 RND 7
Mikel 6 Allen 6
Brown 3 Powell 6 Clarke 7
Fletcher 6
TOB 6
May seem harsh but it was dead easy, no one played badly bar Brown and no one overly stood out.

Awful day for Brown. The amount of times he gives the ball away can be appalling. But he is our only player that offers any sort of threat in behind so has value to this team.

Gunn 7 Smith 7 Souttar 8 Chester 7 RND 8 Clarke 7 Allen 5 Mikel 6 Powell 7 Brown 5 Fletcher 6 Subs TOB 6 Thompson 6 Gouranga. Yes, I think I'll agree with most of that. I'd give Clarke 7.5 though - I thought his second half was excellent.

And I’ve been impressed with us these last few games. Yeah you could moan we didn’t win by 5 today but fook me at least we can sit here and say that. A month ago it would have been fucking torture and we may have sneaked a 1-0 if we were lucky. Yeah Wycombe are shit but the last two games imo were pointing to a good performance today and it showed. Brown was total wank but bar that there was nothing. I don’t expect Mikel and Allen to have such an easy ride in the next few games though and if I see anyone even hint it could be a watershed moment for them pair I will scream.

Gunn 7 Smith 7 Souttar 8 Chester 7 RND 8 Clarke 7 Allen 5 Mikel 6 Powell 7 Brown 5 Fletcher 6 Subs TOB 6 Thompson 6 Gouranga. This is not far off. Brown had a shocker and even a 4 would be generous. Great amount of effort but he really is clueless. Our final third and finishing still need a lot of attention.

10 for Mikel. Totally controlled the game without breaking sweat.
Outstanding performance from him.
Great 9 from Gunn as well. 2 crucial saves when the game was still tight. Was it 0-0 when he made that great reaction save off the header? If it was, 10 for him as well.

Gunn - 8. Had to make a couple of good saves. Looked solid. Smith - 8. His type of game. Was allowed to get forward and got in decent crosses. Souttar - 8. Again imperious. Pointlessly tried to outmuscle Ipeazu at the start but then got more relaxed. Classy performance. Chester - 6 Did pretty well . Solid Norrington-Davies - Finally a player doing something different for us got us the goal. Premiership class goal that. Brown - 4. Caused their left back problems. But delivery, especially at the start of that second half was poor. Lacks composure and creativity. Needs coached badly. Someone needs to do it soon. Mikel - 7 . His type of game as they didn’t press him at all. Just strolled around keeping it simple. Allen - 6. Did OK I thought. Didn’t he miss that sitter because keeper got a touch on the ball? Clarke - 8. Awesome. Best game so far my miles. So composed on the ball, some great passes, would have had a couple of assists if we could finish. More of this please Jack. Powell - 6. His final ball wasn’t great today. Needs to realise he doesn’t have to try something risky every time as he loses the ball more than he should. Fletcher - 7. Great assist but should have scored today.

Gunn 7, great save when at 0-0 Smith 7- some good work down the right Souttar 9 - never gave them a sniff Chester 7 did everything right RND- 9 - was superb down the left Mikel 7- doing what he should do week in, week our Allen 6- controlled the midfield but poor decision making when it mattered Brown 5- lots of effort but woeful crossing Clarke 7- looked sharp Powell- 8- everything went through him Fletcher 7- good centre forward play but should have really scored
TOB 7- looked dangerous and should have ousted Browm for next Saturday Thompson No mark

Pretty poor to be honest, thousands of people will have come away from that thinking Allen did the miss of the century but he did nothing wrong Goalkeeper definitely got a touch and diverted it at the last moment, couldn't believe that Smith and Blakeman didn't see the flick, it was pretty obvious to me. There was hardly any chance for Allen to react. Most players had a decent game today, Clarke impressed, a clever little player. Brown was Brown, plenty of enthusiasm and running but woeful as a footballer, simply woeful and hardly worth a 3.
