O’Neill has been great for us.. keeping us up.. comfortable this season but that’s all we will be under O’Neill.. a decent championship team.. I would get bilic in.. that’s if we could even afford too pay off O’Neill with the ffp restrictions.. the fact is we ain’t improving... gonna be in exactly same position this time next year.. is it worth losing another season.. suppose that’s up the Coates family too make that decision

We are in transition, MON is a top manager and we will get better. That’s what I keep telling myself, we need stability but mon needs flexibility as this is wank.

We are in transition, MON is a top manager and we will get better. We are much much worse than at the end of last season under him. Additionally, we will get back a list of useless crap he's already written off, that we will get no money for, that think he's a complete birk and will never play for him, nor will be give them a chance. We will loose the loan players we have, who also have proven to be pointless signings. His record is shit in the transfer market. What about him suggests things will drastically change?

We are in transition, MON is a top manager and we will get better. He still needs to show he can make good decisions, time and time again he's showing the opposite. There's also no clear transition into anything, there's absolutely nothing that you can point to and say I can see what he's trying to do fair play, lets give him some more time to get there. Its all just a gargled up mess as he scrambles for game to game. Edit: what has he done that shows he's a top manager?

We are in transition, MON is a top manager and we will get better. He has gotten rid of players and he has brought in a few of his own and yet we are worse than we were at a similar point a whole season ago. That's not the kind of transition required. I find that worrying personally.

We are in every game, the squad is younger and quicker, players have come out of the youth team and are gaining valuable experience this season and will be much better next season. The injuries this season have killed us, we have lost key players in every area yet there are only 6 teams who have lost less games than us. Compared to last season we have improved massively, we are doing well considering the shit luck we have had.

We are in transition, MON is a top manager and we will get better. Are you on something he is complete crap his tactics & team selections are dire he stands motionless on the touch line shows no passion or motivation is it any wonder the team look lost & devoid of any fight. Without fans he is getting off very lightly at the moment.

I’m expecting nothing but the same boring shit negative football and a mid table finish. Can’t wait.

We've regressed at a worrying level from last season, if we take performances and results under MON in isolation- forget Jones. And it can't all be put down to losing ONE player.
Campbell's good, but he's a 10-12 goal a season striker when fit. He's not a 20+ goal man. Yet.
And who would poach MON off us on current form?

Anyone who thinks we would attract any kind of reputable manager is deluded:
Twelve players out on loan Thirteen players out of contact next year No money to spend on new players Possible twelve points FFP penalty
Who is seriously going to want anything to do with that shit?
Brace yourselves, this is getting worse before it gets better.

Anyone would think we are getting trounced every week.

I have criticised the Manager on another thread for today’s game, but I don’t think we are anywhere near needing to replace him. The time to decide will be when he has had a decent chance to improve us in the transfer market when FFP no longer has the effect it currently has on us.

I've already said forget the results etc, I'm more concerned about his decision making, like his inability to change a game for the better and dropping infrom players, its a big concern for the future.
