Same, mrs had flu like symptoms for a couple of days and she’s already had COVID. Thought it perhaps wouldn’t be so bad if you’d already had it.

Had mine yesterday, the AZ one. Fantastic well organised process, sat in the car afterwards for the obligatory time span absolutely nothing to report, not even MI6 the Russians or Chinese trying to access my location in the Co Op later. Result.

Had mine three weeks ago. Strangely I had three offers of the jab within 24 hrs ! ?
Felt a little off for the first day but after that fine.
Don’t know how he knew my number but Bill Gates rang me to see if I was ok 🤪😀🤔

Have any of you been to the Mass Vaccination site in Tunstall?
My organisation is running it and I'm the Finance lead.
It's been a hectic couple of months in the NHS gearing up for this - proof of what can be achieved in short timescales though when the shackles are thrown off.

Had mine yesterday. Felt fine all day. I am fucked today, stiff all over. No pain, no gain. I was the same - Tuesday night was rough as fuck shivering and aching all over and was a write off yesterday until tea-time. Other weird side effect I had was my bollocks were fucking massive when woke up Wednesday and were sagging like a 90 year olds.

Quite a few students that I work have had or have got the virus , for most it has been quite relatively mild BUT one has got steadily worse over 3 weeks.

Its very strange how heathy people can go from A symptomatic to organ failure or pneumonia its very scary and arbitrary

Still waiting here in the US. But with our population (See rabbit-reproduction), the wait is longer here. I don't mind as Emergency Workers/healthcare people need to be priority. I had Covid and it was bad, but I didn't have to be hospitalized - but that was 4 months ago so any antibodies I may have gained have worn off by now I'm sure. Know 3 people who have been infected twice - the 2nd time for them was worse. I was careful before, but even more careful now.
The conspiracy theorists here have been pissing me off - I know several people who have died from all age groups from this. It's real, but you can't tell those idiots anything. They think Biden will be able to control them because he wants them to wear a mask. They needn't worry, if you're that stupid then Trump's already controlled you with a tweet. Besides, who needs an army of idiots anyway?
I'm trying to find out about the different vaccines - we had a local guy die from the vaccine last week. Problem is, I'm not certain which one he had. I have heard that out of the 3, there is one that has had a much higher mortality rate/bad side effects. A healthcare worker friend has confirmed that it's NOT the Pfizer one. And she was concerned because that one isn't widely available in our locality yet.
But I caution anyone reading this, I have no confirmation of anything and don't want to be the source of false-news, just wanted to check if any of you have heard anything. My belief is that what may be safe for one blood-type might affect a different blood type much differently and they don't yet have enough numbers to make any determinations.
I mean no disrespect to anyone who is younger/healthy who doesn't want it though. Have to be honest, you couldn't have gotten me to get it when I was younger either.

Same non reaction with me for the Pfizer. Worst part was sleeping on the arm they jabbed and woke up next morning and felt a bit bruised.

the only thing i wish was they were doing them 24 hours a day, nobody would mind going early hours for this
every town hall and village hall should be used to facilitate it

Mine was three weeks ago today (AstraZeneca). Unable to sleep on the first night and the next day felt like a bad hangover.
Paracetamol cleared it up after 24/36 hours

Had a Pfizer one, usual achy arm, but after having many due to visiting "funny foreign places", it's the norm. Nothing worse than say the rabies jab (which was a bit nasty). Military precision where I got done, two army personnel were in charge.
