Just playing devils advocate. You can’t completely rule out that a change of manager wouldn’t improve things. Fail to win any of the two home games coming up and he’s surely got to be feeling the pressure. Absolutely he’ll be feeling the pressure and after a run like this it’s understandable but for me he needs next season and then judge the outcome At this rate he won't get anywhere near next season, mate. He has that haunted look that afflicted Hughes, Lambert, Rowett and Jones.

🤔You’ve lost me with that response We can't afford to sack MON and get a replacement.

Not happy at all with the result no but changing the manager again will make the situation even worse How? Because a new manager would want his own players and that’s not what we need right now in my opinion

Not sure if I missed it but again it looks like we’ve lost a player through a nothing challenge? It’s so bloody frustrating. The lads a phenomenal talent. He will be a premiership player in two years regardless. Hopefully it’s nothing too serious.

I don't think he deserves the sack nor do I think he will get the sack any time soon. But anyway, if we did want to sack MON, surely we wouldn't be able to afford the compo with FFP? Managerial and coaching costs don't count do they?

Cardiff fans would disagree with you. Yes imagine if we’d appointed Mick McCarthy and the reaction from some of the dickheads on here😄 I have a lot of time for McCarthy as a manager, I think he's very underrated at this level....however it would be the biggest meltdown in Oatcake history if went for him and not the way we should go.

Believe me he will be in the prem in two years I guarantee you

Oniel hasn't got a clue. He really hasn't. If a player has ability you play him. How old was Ryan again? Different manager. Tony called 27 year olds kiddies. He's notorious for wanting to shut down the academy. I hate to say but it would have been the correct decision. Oniel seems to have no choice but to play kids, yet he plays then out of position or hooks then off at half time. Add to that he just shoves then in and hopes for the best! Diabolical. He also picks names which really doesn't add to the cause.

If correct, could’ve been a lot worse. At least it shouldn’t be anything of a long term concern, but he’ll be about for a couple of months and possibly the season.

Because a new manager would want his own players and that’s not what we need right now in my opinion A decent manager wouldn't want many of our players including the ones MON has signed, a manager should be able to work with the "tools" at his disposal, not many jobs where a new manager gets to bring in a whole new team is there it's called managerial skills at the moment MON does not appear to have those skills sadly.
