Think everyone likes their meat raw or medium raw. There are some like me who like it well done.
There is nowt worse than meat that looks like a good Vet could get it back on its feet.

I've never seen a cookery show (Not the competition ones) where someone's tasted the food and not liked it or thought it was anything less than 'fantastic' or 'amazing' (Gordon Ramsay aside) I appreciate they don't want to offend the maker of the food but a little honesty wouldn't go amiss now and again.

There's nothing worse than well done I think you'll find especially if it's a steak. Medium rare always. Although, I'm not someone who slags someone off for their choice, each to their own.

Only cooking show I watch is Nigella, even then it took me about 5 years to realise she was a chef.๐

I don't mind having a face like Hannibal Lecter after eating steak, but pink pork and rare duck disturb me.

There is nowt worse than meat that looks like a good Vet could get it back on its feet. Oh there is. Those heathens who take a decent lump of quality meat and proceed to turn it into something resembling a sole from one of my combat boots. The rare side of medium-rare is the best.

Some of the beef / steak you see on these programs a bloody good vet could revive that! Slat it back in the oven FFS.

I miss Anthony Bourdain's "Parts Unknown." You received a geographical, societal and food lesson in his episodes. He had a way of making you feel like you were on the trip with him.
