Great to see. Always liked Dyche, he comes from the old school and doesn't take any shit but doesn't take himself too seriously.

No offence to Dyche, but even if that clip was labelled 'funniest thing in the world, ever' I still wouldn't click on it. His voice is like acid in my ears.

He’s under pressure. I remember Pearson doing the same at Leicester. Good guy but will be out of a job before the end of the week with those failed distraction tactics. 😂

There’s a man totally comfortable with his considerable talents and knows that if Burnley were stupid enough to dispense with his services there be a long queue of clubs vying for his services.

I like him, he’s a good guy and nice to see some personality.
However, given the content of this clip (the look alike / bungle stuff) then it’s fair to say that he is, and I can’t stress this enough, painfully unfunny.

Wasn't it Dyche who said he didn't care about EFL clubs going bust and that the Premier League shouldn't do anything to support them?

Yes - conveniently forgotten it seems, though he doesn't quite say he doesn't care in this quote (I remember him saying something like that or at least him sounding like he didn't care): fanbanter.co.uk/sean-dyches-causes-controversy-with-thoughts-on-premier-league-bailout-for-lower-league-clubs/I don't think you can compare restaurants to the Premier League and football clubs below that level.

Gloriously bonkers. And no less insightful and illuminating than any other pre match press conference

He's not a professional comedian so why the criticism ? he's just having a bit of banter with the journos, and why not ?
Solid down to earth chap, who'd be a great guy to share a pint with, he's not taking himself too seriously - good on him. He's a great fit for Burnley who are a proper footy club, shame about the new owners.

The tone is definitely different between the two managers. That said, I agree that it does feel a bit odd listening to either and could suggest a lot of pressure on Dyche.
