We came back to equalise, we absorbed a lot of pressure most of that with 10 men and we're on the way home with a point... are the pluses and on a cold windy day in January they're big ones, pre-Mick we could have lost 4 or 5 today. That's quality management. BUT, I don't think I saw one single sign of the extra star quality it takes to get on a promotion run... not saying it won't come but MoN really needs to get his arse into gear or we'll just be too far adrift.
One more 7 from me

The writing was on the wall the moment the team sheet was announced. Draw at best. All’s that the sending off did was give O’Neil a reason to persist with his negative dull football and remove any attacking intent from the pitch.

Better lineups than what was on show. 5 just bang avg going for draw stuff. That is a match we could win with a good strategy and lineup going in. Disliking MON lately which is new, he's been in a slump and it shows. His subs were strange as well.

5 - will always be a 5 from this point on if he starts Allen and Mikel, one should replace the other at 60 mins, need 4-2-3-1 with thompson and Cousins starting

1, dog shit from the very start, the point got saved by the red making us sit back, there was no chance we were getting anything from that game if we carried on the way we were. Allen, Thompson and Mikel showing time and time again they aren't the answer to the midfield, and to set up with no support for Fletcher whats the point in having him on the pitch.

4.
Had all week to prepare for a game against one of the most predictable sides in the league yet started the game like we were surprised they were pressing high and passing the ball.
Would have been nice to offer at least some kind of counter attacking threat in the second half but that is probably asking a bit much from this manager.

We were awful before the sending off and didn't deserve to be level at HT, we really struggle in midfield with a 4-3-3. Clarke looked lively and did really well to win the penalty.
Defended well in the 2nd, but we were inviting them on for the majority of that half and a better team would have punished us.
Not convinced by the subs either, but we somehow managed a point, so fair play. Kudos to McClean.

If we hadn't gone down to ten men I would have given lower. However, can't be too harsh considering the red. Did well to defend the draw, and another point away from home.

4. It would have been 3 but he at least admitted he got it wrong and changed the shape after 10 mins. The negative Northern Irish mind set continues.

1 from me. The sending off was harsh but it would have been easy for the ref to give at least one of the second half penalties. We were woefull for the first 30 minutes. We offer nothing upfront. This is so poor and the worst I’ve seen for so long. How is Jacob brown an option up front on his own.

My issue with O'Neill is one of picking players on past reputation rather than performance. Mikel and Allen were yet again awful. I know they're coming back from injury but they simply are still not performing and have been back for several games now. Our urgent need for a fully fit fast striker is obvious, even if we know we can't afford one and yet we bring in two wide players and don't even play one of them. However, credit for setting up so well in second half to hold onto the point but let's not lose sight of the fact that we were outplayed, by a very poor side, in the first half when it was 11 v 11.

They just run aimlessly but my dog is quicker and has a nip. Why haven’t we signed a forward. I’m not on about spending big money but what about ched evans for instance as a back up to fletcher

Can't blame him for red and felt at 1-1 we would win after a slow start. Comfortable enough and ref didnt fall for Campbell's expected thestrics

We have no wiggle room left given the utterly terrible signings we’ve made over the years and the burden they still represent. MON has his faults but with millions having been pissed away, what do people expect. Roll on next season when FFP reduces in its impact.
