7 from me was a bit too conservative with the starting 11 but bought on the right subs at the right time. Gouranga.

6 from me. As the commentary team said 'Why didn't Stoke start with this team?' Poor team selection. Needs to get back to basics and a balanced team.

4 from me Should have got Brown off at HT. He offers nothing. Should have made changes much earlier than he did. Very lucky to get a point. If Powell gets injured we'll drop like a stone.

5. Starting 11 poor, unbalanced, negative crap. Fortunate to take the lead but gifted them a goal by more negative crap trying to go backwards.
When the shackles are let off we have proved we can score goals and be exciting to watch. Find your bollocks oneil and let the team play.

Ill give him a 6 - right subs, but possibly a bit late for us to build a real head of steam. Too conservative with the starting 11 with 2 predominantly holding players in there without someone as an outlet to link with the front runners, but he gets a couple of his points simply for the fact that this was exactly the kind of game we would have thrown in the towel at 2-1 or 3-2 down under the previous few managers, so we did show a lot of resilience which is heartening, even if the result, and previous results have been extremely frustrating.

Made all the right noises in the first 20 minutes without having too much output. We scored a fortunate goal, and i fully expected us to go on and win the game, then cue the usual head fuck moment, which put us on the back foot. From that point on i knew the best we could get is a draw and i was right.
Rotherham were a right handful and we lacked answers for long periods in the game, which they then capitalised on through their endeavour and some dreadful defending.
On a plus note MON decided to use the subs which salvaged the situation, but why did he take so long. It felt like an eternity to make the changes.
Why he persists with Mikel is a mystery to man as i thought he was poor again.
Time to loosen the shackles MON cos we play better without them.

4.
Dreadful starting line up. The midfield was horrendous. Jacob Brown needed dropping after Saturday and the 433 needs binning.
He said in his after match interview that the game panned out exactly how they thought it would. So why play Danny Batth if you knew the centre halves would have so much of the ball?
I'm finding this manager so frustrating. He's way better than he's showing.

6 was on the defensive side but you cant legislate for one of our most experienced defenders fucking up a mistake by Jo and the ref awarding a joke of a free kick which they scored the third from, that said the defending for third was awful.

5 Too defensive and disorganized to start - 3 defensive midfielders and no-one playing wide left as Powell was rightly trying to get on the ball, por selecting Mikel and Batth ahead of Smith and Clarke. Substitutions were mixed - why leave on Mikel, why take off Brown before Matondo. Points left on the table against a team that couldn’t defend

Where is she - again? Gouranga. She's hopeless, sorry xx I'm going wild and giving Mick an 8 for tonight - agree about shortcomings but it was vital we kept on coming and we did, if we're going to get in the playoffs and stay there it's that extra drive that's going to do it

3 Losing faith in MON some of his signings leave a lot to be desired same for team selection & tactics. We seem to have hit a brick wall & can see us losing heavily Friday night.

4 The midfield 3 was possibly the worst combo we have fielded for some time, I hope we don't see that again. Dropping so many points from winning positions against average opposition is slowly closing the door on the playoffs and would mean a huge missed opportunity.

6 from me. He can't legislate for Baath cocking up and Bursik's rush of blood to the head. His subs gained us a valuable point, which was the least we deserved. They played for their free kicks and took advantage of our worst defensive performance for some time. The foul they got for the free kick for their 3rd goal was a joke.

How can a 3-3 draw be boring negative shit? Did you watch it , it was awful Yeah it was keystone cops crap, but it wasn’t negative in any way shape or form. I thought it was an entertaining game, particularly in the second half.

A poor performance from MON. Got the shape of midfield wrong. Left Matondo on the pitch for too long. Persisted with Thompson taking set pieces when it is obvious it’s a job he just can’t do. Left Brown on far too long.
4/10 from me.

I could be wrong, but I think the 'negative' comment refers to the approach to the game rather than the way it panned out. The starting XI was certainly erring on the side of caution.
