One positive: we committed more fouls than them. Beyond that I'm struggling. Even that depleted Leics side are a joy to watch but honestly we might as well have been making the tea half the time.
4 from me

We lost and I expected us to lose and probably quite heavily but its how you go about that loss, I understood why we started how we did and we didn't look too bad, bit of a shitter for the goal but its what happened after that I'm pissed off with, bringing on Thompson was moronic, he adds very little at the best of times and it was at the expence of a more attacking option that we needed at 2-0 down.
Can't blame him for Allen just giving up mind, he shouldn't be seen for a game or two just for what he did on the third goal.
Over all a 3

Started well in both halves but faded, even moreso in the second.
We clearly look like a team of odds and ends.
Without a striker we offer nothing and I cant genuinely see where we will ever score another goal.
You can see why Leicester are a top 4 side though.
The remainder of the transfer window and the upcoming games will determine if we are aiming for the playoffs or mid table obscurity. Testing and challenging times ahead.

I think our games against the bottom teams in the league have already answered that question.

0. Everytime he plays with that useless wanker up front I will give him 0. He offers absolutely nothing. We all know he offers nothing yet he persevered with the lumbering tosser.

It beggared belief. It really is worrying. If that was Pulis he would have been accused of 'making a point. Maybe he was. I hope he was because that makes far more sense than keeping him on for any sort of on the pitch reason.

4. His hands are tied to an extent with injuries etc but so are most teams’. but the formation has to stop and performances will improve straight away I’m sure of that! 5-3-2 screams defensive shite hoofball I’m afraid

5 - Outclassed by far superior side. Limited options with forwards, defence and formation due to injuries and previously signed shit players I.e. Ince/ Vokes etc. However, Brown not good enough for prime first team starter in second half of season. Concerned he’s going with name/ reputation over form, example Mikel over Cousins on current form. Not judging on today, but overall. Senior returning “star” pros need to up their game or definitely no play-offs imo.

Don't rate his negative tactics at all,his insistance to play a back five is costing us points, latest results prove this !!

In my opinion none of O'Neills six signings (haven't included latest loan signing, still an unknown) have been a success in terms of genuinely improving us, be it through injury record (well known) or performance. That's Thompson, Mikel, Fletcher, Chester, Brown and Fox.

That said, MON has been shopping in Lidl, some items best before date expired, whilst previous managers shopped in Harris’s and still bought defective goods. He’s working in the legacy of some really useless predecessors.

I hope he was because that makes far more sense than keeping him on for any sort of on the pitch reason. Someone defending him on another thread said that he was doing exactly that. If he is then he’s a twat. But I don’t think he is. I think he’s stubborn and can’t see past this 5 at the back shite.

3- Sorry MON, my wife comes from Northern Ireland so you have Godlike status there. System clearly isn't working. From the minute we kick off, I (and seemingly the players) don't seem to know how we are going to win a game. The idea of holding on for 70 mins and trying to "nick it" isn't working (by nicking it do we mean a Cardiff player scoring for us or a Forest player dummying it in for us?)... that's not worked. We got beat 4-0 without laying a glove on them. A non-league side would have attempted to lay a glove and probably got beat 4-0 and maybe 8-0. We were beaten by a very, very good side today. What is frustrating is that based on recent history the very, very good side could have been us with different decisions made, and we have not only not laid a glove on a very, very good side, but we rarely lay a glove on some Championship sides recently.
