How were we “made to look inept” out of interest? You couldn’t have been happy with that football mate? Come on. Players not being able to put together simple two yard passes. Aimless hoofs up field to absolutely nobody. First touch abysmal, no real attempt to prove or penetrate, no decent attempts on goal. We looked shambolic. But because we put in a shift people think that’s ok I enjoyed the first half, we pressed them really well and they couldn’t get out of their half for 20 minutes but we needed a goal to enable us to push on and it never came. Not sure how that’s shambolic, they came on stronger 2nd half but they’ve played far less football and had far more quality to bring o the bench....

But with the football we were shambolic. I was actually angry at watching players that have played the game at the highest level not to be able to trap and pass a football. Players like Mikel who has won champions league medals under hitting passes time and time again and unable to set any pace to the game. The tactics of sidewards and backwards passing then a ridiculous punt up field to nobody. It really got on my tits if I’m honest

The Office is total shite No, no, no. I’m got getting drawn into a debate on sitcoms with you. Arguing about Verlinden, MON, Hughes etc has me close to a nervous breakdown. Getting drawn into that with you could be the final straw. But just to say you’re wrong. Again. The Office is up there with Father Ted, Fawlty Towers and Only Fools. The end. I'd pick those as my top 4 as well. All very different, but all classics.

Del and Rodney smashing chandeliers. Trigger calling Rodney Dave. Father Ted waving at the Chinese fella with the unfortunately placed tape on the window. If I happen to be flicking through channels and come across any of them it’s virtually impossible not to keep watching. I think Ricky Gervais is brilliant actually. After Life is hit and miss but when it hits its fucking excellent.

I keep seeing people use injuries as an excuse for the negativity the manager is showing. Of the outfielders bar Fox and Campbell he’s used the others that would make his best XI. And with the goalies Bursik is imo better than Davies in this form so the difference isn’t there. I think his best side would be: Davies Collins Souttar Chester Fox Mikel Allen Clucas Campbell Fletcher Powell So he’s got absolutely no excuses for the negativity again. He chooses it. This performance at home for me isn’t acceptable. We started with the aim of a draw again and that is just poor at home. On the face of it you have a decent point to make. However I think you need to look at the wider picture and how MON has managed to turn around a club that was in a desperate state of rapid decline. The club was a mess top to bottom and he has a lot of other issues that need factoring in. I understand all of us wanting to see rip roaring football but reality says the man needs time. And us losing Campbell is akin to Liverpool losing Salah, Firminho and Mane all in one go. We need a decent striker if not 2. And a left back. And they don't grow on trees.

We have no real option for a left back with a flat back four other than Tymon, who was injured/ill for the Spurs game. A 3-5-2 is a negative formation unless you have very good wingbacks. I'm hoping that Tymon will be put in at left back soon enough and we do revert to 4-2-3-1, which may give us more going forward. O'Neill generally seems to be a bit more of a cautious manager anyways. He's definitely been a lot more cautious since the injuries have started to pile up.
