www.beswicks.com/news/view/news/article159.htmSolicitors take Three Peaks Challenge for Donna Louise Trust On 13 June 2008, a team of 14 lawyers from Staffordshire law firm, Beswicks will undertake the Three Peaks Challenge in aid of the Donna Louise Trust. The National Three Peaks walk involves climbing the highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales. These are Scafell Pike, Ben Nevis and Snowdon respectively. The Three Peaks Challenge involves walking up all three within the space of 24 hours . There is no official body, or definition of the Three Peaks Challenge. It is generally accepted that to complete the challenge you must ascend and descend all three peaks, and drive (or be driven) between them, within 24 hours. Setting off at 7.00 am in two minibuses, one kindly donated by Wardle Transport, the team comprises Simon Woodings, Gary Mellor, Michael Stephenson, Joanne McGuinness, Tim Bailey, Nicola Quinlan, Richard Preston, Andrew Turnock, Hayley Kennedy, Anne Scheland, Gareth Wilkinson, Richard Simmons, Rob Welsh, Elayna Smith and Kevin Spruce. The team is hoping to raise £3,000 on behalf of the Donna Louise Trust. Anyone wishing to support the team can do so via the web site www.justgiving.com/beswicks. Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure and if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. Beswicks solicitors on snowdon

Enjoy, I did it 2 years ago in 22 hours, bloody knackered after, Mrs picked me up at the bottom of Snowdon, i fell asleep in the car and woke up a bit later and she was lost and going the wrong way!! Mind the midges in Fort William area, nasty little bites for something so small.
