Anyone watch it tonight (buy a ticket)? Thought it was pretty good, a few beers and a takeaway made it a good night.

Sounds like a rate load of shite if Liam Gallagher’s got anything to do with it

Was hoping he would have tied a heavy metal chain round his neck and jumped in.

Was a great show last night.
Seems a rest has done him good, hence why he was actually able to sing Headshrinker and the other Oasis songs in key. Voice was the best it's sounded in a good 20 years or so. A tragic amount of time really.
The issue comes if when he's touring next year he does songs like Headshrinker on every show. He'll be absolutely fucked, but he never learns.
If he'd looked after his voice after Standing On The Shoulders of Giants came out, no one would have been subject to the vocal abuse he called singing from 2002 to 2009. Just watch him sing Stop Crying Your Heart Out at Glasto 2004 to get what I mean.

Heard his new song over the tannoy (quite loudly) in Sainsburys the other day.
I don't want to hear that song ever again.

I think his new song is mint. Shows that he is back to his best vocally. Say what you want about him and Oasis, but love em/him or hate him, the fact is, he was the lead singer of a band that were the most influential of a generation that was awash with superb British bands. He will go down in history as one of the finest frontmen of all time, that is without question. As you can tell, I'm a fan

We loved it, thought he was back to his best vocally.
Then watched Supersonic afterwards, what a great docufilm.
Youngest is now obsessed and has downloaded back catalogues from Liam and Oasis.
Didn't think the £16 was bad, 3 of us watched it and we had a great night.
Liam doesnt like the the London Eye though!!

As you can tell, I'm a fan Liked Oasis not really bothered with his solo stuff, but in a world of bland idenikit popstars you have to admire his ability to hold a grudge and not give a fuck almost as much as his singing ability.

Noel solo stuff (High Flying Birds) much superior. Liam's latest single sadly lordy by the media is very mediocre and out of tune but each to their own.
