Just popping his name in the ring. Being linked with numerous English clubs (Hull, Plymouth, Barnsley, Birmingham). No doubt we are having a gander at him too. He is an Austrian international and Sturn Graz's captain Midfielder Jürgen Säumel has catapulted himself into contention for a place in Austria's UEFA EURO 2008™ team after an excellent season in domestic competition with SK Sturm Graz, during which he skippered the Styrian side to a fourth-place finish in the Austrian Bundesligawww.teamtalk.com/football/story/0,16368,1786_3680744,00.html

Certainly realistic and with Rudgey out there, we can probably expect a couple of these type of players being linked with us.
As for average...your guess is as good as mine! He has twelve caps for Austria
This very underrated defensive midfielder combines drive, tactical awareness and stamina. He does have a good shot in his locker which unfortunately he does not use often enough. Samuel won a bronze medal with the Austrian under-19 side at the 2003 European championships. Extremely mature for his years, he was appointed Sturm Graz captain at the age of just 20. The responsibility has not proved to be a burden as he has flourished as a leader.
What the papers say: A number of German top flight clubs are sizing him up, so expect a few bids to be thrown onto the table this summer.
