Holy cow Mick doesn't make this easy. Huddersfield are a good side though and certainly weren't giving it away today so respect where it's due. We're loose at the back again, what's happened? At least it's now two steps forward and one step back not the other way round but, sorry to be a stuck record, we have to be able to close sides down and consistently stop them playing. I loved how we kept pushing on, I loved the game of football. Just don't scare me so much please?
On balance... 8 from me

11 for me. Very brave substitutions that ultimately meant we saw the last 15 minutes out comfortably when it was looking for all the world like even the draw was a doubt.
Great management. He's won us the spoils today with decisions very few would have backed.

9 went a bit too defensive for a 10 minute spell but 3 points and 4 goals is not something we should moan about. Good starting line up but a bit disappointed we changed a winning side. After careful consideration I have upped it to a 9. 4-3 edge of my seat stuff all year long instead of the boring 1-0's we were subjected to early on in the season. Gouranga.

Started with a very positive side, and rescued us with subs when it looked like we were starting to cave in.
Brilliant game management from the gaffer.

Collins sub good Cousins sub awful
We need to improve our ball retention because the full backs just get hammered defensively.

7, Cousins sub was poor, Gregory and Vokes need to be on sooner but it was the set up I've been moaning about for a while so can't complain with how he set out.

8 - we could have scored 7 easily (penno, Fletch and Campbell) - Defense obviously nervous and a more experienced keeper comes out for their 3rd (Not blaming Bursik he's just a kid). Tuesday is a very big game. Shame its not in front of a packed house......

8.5
Good line up, and good attacking intent, but defensively we were like a dropped pie. Subs tightened it up but we lost the cutting edge then. Jittery at the end but thought Batth was decent in the closing stages.
If we set out with intent we certainly have goals in us. Expect a few more high scoring games if we adopt that style.
Oh and Mikel was superb.

9 from me
Starting line up excellent and we can score for fun. He was right to tighten it up with Collins but brought on Gregory & Vokes about 10 minutes too late.
He did shut the game down at the end which was excellent management.

8. Positive team and I think it's probably our best one, but ffs he really struggles to manage a game with the lead. He got away with it today, but he's done it plenty of times trying to protect a lead. The moment he brings Collins on is when you know he's shit himself.

I think that’s ridiculous mate with all due respect. We had started to fade badly and we had a novice keeper to protect. The managers game management actually won us the match in the end.

When he replaced Fletcher, he left a clearly tired Campbell up top on his own, with no way to retain the ball. Just inviting pressure back on to us, again and again. Not sure how that's "protecting" a keeper by just not being able to get out on your own defensive 3rd.

We've just beaten Huddersfield 4-3. They are a more than decent team and made us work hard. We worked hard, we beat them. We came back from 0-1, went ahead, they equalized but we persevered and kept at them until we took the lead again. They are a decent team and we beat them. Some tired legs, and some legs need saving for Tuesday. MON 10

8 from me, but he needs to sort the defence out. It's always looked strongest with Collins and Souter in it, plus Batth in a three at the back. As I half expected Brown was poor again, perhaps time for Ince or Verlinden if McClean's out. Cousins please no, he brings very little to the side and we just go too deep when he comes on.
Good starting line up though, no complaints and Vokes and Gregory were the right subs at almost the right time, perhaps should have been a little earlier. Would have kept Fletcher on for a little longer.

10.
The real deal.
If he’s with us for the next three years we get back into the Premier League. Nailed on.
And I’d also back him to make us fixtures. And unlike Pulis or Hughes to do it sensibly and with the backing of the supporters.
Well the vast majority of supporters. Bar the ‘never happy - know more than any manager’ brigade.
