By the way I think MON is working miracles with the players he has and makes them look better than they actually are. I don't think they're capable of playing the free flowing football that Bayern would like. What really puzzles me is how in some games they are incapable of passing the ball and in others do wonderful things. Overall they lack energy and I think MON has tried to juggle the team to rest some of them.

You can put the lack of energy down to the fixture schedule surely?

Brilliant result but still pissed off about Wednesday especially as Watford have gone second 😡 they’ll win the league at a canter with refereeing decisions like Wednesday.

So we are well amongst the top group in the Championship. Of the teams currently above us, we have lost to 3 of them, Watford, Swansea and Bristol City. Is the perception that they are all above us as they are able to beat teams like Stoke, so effectively better. Or are we not quite good enough yet to challenge the front runners and we are below them because we are poor. Anyone got an opinion? mmm We’ve got some very good players who didn’t play at Watford or Swansea trick “Hughes like “‘will be to get stronger as we go along

Could l just register a quiet 'well done' to the full backs, Smith and Fox, who've come in for a lot of criticism this season and who were very effective, l thought, today.

Some of the shit you read on here, man. One of the most comfortable three-nil victories you'll ever see, away from home, against the league leaders, and I've just seen it described as "One to forget". It would have been nice coming home after watching that, don't think I'd forget it so easily

We've done to Reading what they've been doing themselves so far this season, making chances count.
Reading won 4-2 at Blackburn and had four shots on target. They're not all that.

I think ( hope) that we've got better, increased in confidence, as the season has gone on....there's a long way to go. If we played those clubs again we could beat them. There are a few such as Blackburn, Norwich, Bristol City and Brentford who we really will have to go toe to toe with

Ok, we didn’t show up at Swansea, brizzle early doors, we would give them a better game now, lost at Watford due to incompetence of “officials” and beat the current top side on their own patch today!

Would someone reiterate today’s SCFC score for me today please, only on this board can we have moaners when we’ve just beaten the current league leaders, have I just woke up and dreamt it or not?

But Steve, we only won 3-0 away from home with only 30% possession and 3 shots on target!!! Tut, tut, tut, it just will not do.

Today the chips fell for us, while Wednesday we got fucked by the ref. Today's performance could have ended up with almost any result. But I'll take it. The young lads played well, we were clinical for once, we tried a back 4... Pretty chuffed overall. Downsides and upsides from today's performance but given our position Vs last season the ups are smashing the downs. Onwards and upwards.

Great result.
Bayern has always had one thing correct in my eyes. Mark Hughes hardon to accommodate Joe Allen into our team ruined us.

Its enjoyable that you're hating that we won. Showing your true colours. At least it gives you an afternoon getting your already excessive post count up posting the same thing though. Every cloud for you. He'll be on all night now slagging the players off. Same old Qualifies, admirably, as a true despond. 113685 posts and, at a [can’t-be-arsed] guess, 113600 of them illustrative of negative, pond-fishing.

"Didn't enjoy watching it bar the 3 goals..." LOL. Fuck my life... If we play like that each match and score 3 goals then give me 'boring' football every week, thank you.
An enjoyable moment every half hour is way better than 90 mins of carpet football with no result... This is the game where you have to put the round thing in the back of the net as a main priority, right?
