No more than a 5 across the board. Dreadful football and decision making under no pressure was laughable.

Gunn - 5 - some dodgy stuff and some good stuff Smith - 5 - they got in behind him too easy Souttar - 6 - solid Batth - 6 - solid Fox - 6 - solid Mikel - 5 - thought his passing was poor Thompson - 5 - see Mikel Campbell - 5 - looked really lively in the first but his decision making and execution was poor Powell - 5 - again really sloppy passing McClean - 5.5 - good finish but same as the other attackers bar that. Poor crossing and passing Fletcher - 5 - same Subs n/a Mikel 5, you have to be joking, MOM for me.

Gunn 6 - nothing to do, improved as the game progressed Souttar 7 - clean sheet and seems to be improving as the games go Batth 7 - another clean sheet with Batth in the side Fox 6 - looked shaky but a clean sheet Smith 6 - didn't really do anything McClean 7 - scored and worked hard but poor crossing at times Mikel 7 - a true professional Thompson 6 - starting to improve and looked solid with Mikel Powell 6 - played alright but didn't move out of 3rd gear Campbell 5 - should have scored at least one and showed poor decision making Fletcher 6 - didn't exactly play well but is an improvement of Vokes "Gunn 6 - nothing to do, improved as the game progressed." how does that work He just seemed to become more assured in the position as it went on

His passing was sloppy and he didn't much defensively imo. Just had a look at the stats and him and Thompson each attempted about 26 passes in the game, which is pretty appalling.

Rotherham are absolute relegation fodder. We have scraped a one nil win at home having only mustered 3 shots on target in 90 mins whilst also only having 45% possession. Do you honestly think anyone deserves over 5? But if we'd have beat Derby yesterday, we'd have taken that 1-0 win - and Rotherham are above them in the table. We are what we are - a Championship side. Our squad is made up of Championship players. We've got no divine right to 'steamroller' anyone. Our biggest enemy this season will be ourselves - poor team selections, and/or players not turning up (I'm thinking Campbell yesterday, by his own standards, he was rubbish). We were not great by any stretch yesterday, but it was comfortable a 1-0 as you'll get. In fact, I don't think we've played well yet, and look where we are. We've had more 'poor' performances this season than we've had 'decent', and I don't recall thinking that any were 'good'. But maybe that's the sign of a good team?? I hope and think you are right - we're getting results without actually playing that well. Even though we never actually got going we still somehow looked a class above Rotherham. Something just isn't clicking and we're still 8th. If it does we should make the play offs - it's a very average league this year with not a lot between about 15 teams. As to ratings: Gunn - 6 - he looks a nervy goalkeeper to me and the sooner Davies gets back the better Smith 7 - better than of late and got forward more Souttar/Batth/Fox - solid and I thought Fox had his best game for us McClean 7 - combatitive as ever and good finish Mikel - 8 - class above Thompson - 7 - good partner for Mikel Campbell - 6 - some good, some bad, not his day Fletcher - 6 - little service and just didn't get into the game Powell - 5 - such a frustrating player - I know he gets targeted but I wish he'd just stay on his feet more often Brown - 7 - added a bit of energy TOB - 6 - didn't get into the game Cousins - 6 - didn't get up to speed

Souttar 7 Batth 7 Fox 6 Smith 6 Mikel 7 Thompson 6 McClean 6.5 Powell 6 Campbell 5 Fletcher 6 The attacking players weren't really on it today for me.Nor was the keeper, seeing as you didn't even give him 1. Sorry, I'll be kind and give him a 6, a little slow to come for things at times but didn't have a lot to do and got an assist

Very worried about Gunn in the next two games looks like he has a catastrophe in him at any minute He looks like a bloke thats hardly played for a good while and is behind a defence that don't know him too well yet.
