This isn’t the first time that a well paid football manager we’ve had carries on doing stuff that doesn’t work and that most of us can see doesn’t work.
But how?
Like this formation at home shouldn’t be a thing, I think most of us agreed with that a few weeks back but here we are doing the same thing and with the same result thus far.
And then there’s James Chester. Before it actually looked like we were mad enough to sign him you’d have struggled to find more than 3 people on here wanting him.
And here we are again. He can’t jump, gets done in the air and is at fault for another goal.
Why don’t they stuff that is so obvious?

We need that bloke at Luton they can't stop winning He’s another example. So obvious his mistakes and he couldn’t see them. What’s wrong with them?

He’s a manager that’s spent the majority of his career managing an ‘underdog’.
Even last season he had nothing to lose as he inherited a team rock bottom of the league.
He’s obviously not comfortable setting his teams up to attack so he’s decided percentage football is the way forward.

He’s thrown the baby out with the bath water when he didn’t need to. It’s so maddening.

I honestly can’t see him changing, he seems to have recruited specifically for this system so it’s probably here to stay.

Both of them involved should have started. We’ve wasted 70 minutes to find stuff we knew last January.
