Seems highly improbable to me that we wouldn't have done What would help is if the club told us. But that would require a culture change. Scholes out. Why 'highly' Will, I can't remember us doing it before? How many away friendlies have we had since lockdown? Is this the first one?

No what I mean is, I can't remember us EVER attempting to stream an away friendly, whereas Leicester did do at our place. I don't think lockdown would particularly change our desire to do so.

Little Linfield have put us all to shame in terms of thinking of the fans during lockdown and starved of seeing matches.
The big clubs are totally wrapped up with themselves. The bigger they are, the more so.

Seems more likely we would ask it not to be streamed, as it’s probably closer to our starting line up than their team is.

It's still just a hunch though mate and personally my hunch is I don't think they'd be particularly bothered but as I said earlier in the thread, the important thing is that we don't actually KNOW what has happened in this instance.

Not if they don't give permission. Pipe down. And we don't know if Stoke have even asked for permission do we? And don't tell me to pipe down either. So you're just guessing then? Pipe down.

Scouts and press is pretty much the same. Pretty sure I saw Darren Ferguson at Burton last night too so I think any club officials are allowed if they request access

352 Butland Batth Chester Martins-Indi Smith Powell Mikel Clucas Fox Gregory Vokes Powell in behind the strikers? It will be 3412 with Powell as the 1 and wing backs either side of the midfield 2

That's the point of my posts, other people are/have just been guessing. Jeez, are you just on a wind-up? EDIT: Actually I've just noticed another 'pipe down' from you ... I won't be replying to anymore of your nonsense.

Powell in behind the strikers? It will be 3412 with Powell as the 1 and wing backs either side of the midfield 2 Possibly, although Powell has been playing deep in this formation previously

If he's going to with three at the back and a proper front two going into the season, then I assume Fletcher is going to be one of the two but I have absolutely no idea who is likely to be O'Neill's first choice for the other spot.
Thoughts?

If Afobe can get his scoring boots back, with his pace he and Fletcher could make a great front two. Needs Powell to provide chances.
Probably Campbell better though

Thoughts? My own feeling is that he trusts Gregory more than anyone out of our forwards. I would say apart from Fletcher (who is as yet an unknown in terms of pecking order & there is no guarantee he will be fully fit) Gregory is probably our first choice forward. I'm reading between the lines of course, but that's what I sense. I reckon if he was thinking of starting Afobe or even Campbell next week then he would have given them more playing time today. Same with Ince.

I kind of thought that Afobe and Campbell would have been ahead of Gregory in the pecking order but I've got a nagging feeling that you could be right and Gregory will be first choice. At this point, it's a really tough one to call.
