yes he has a massive point, the abuse he gets is shocking just because he has his own beliefs

He’s right tbf.
Abuse is abuse. It’s all getting a bit daft now.
I saw Akinfenwa bleating on sky sports last week because someone called him a water buffalo. He reckons it was a racist slur. It’s because you’re the size of one you daft twat 😂

I suppose posting a picture of himself wearing a balaclava and teaching his young daughter 'history' wont do his claims any good though.
What he believes in is not racist, but abuse is abuse, and there is no room for it, however, claiming to not wear the poppy for political reasons, and posting said pictures contradict each other.
He does not help himself.

He asks "what's the difference?"
The difference is he has made a choice: he is entitled to this choice.
If the abuse James McClean has suffered is criminal then the police should do their job and pursue those who have abused him.

You really haven’t got a fuckin clue Clearly not 🤦♂️ The one cross he tried was his over hit bollocks. And the chance he missed showed him up for the brainless footballer he is. Side foot and bend it but he knows one way only and that’s to twat it like his crosses. Fucking awful. The thing is Bayern you have defended the most useless player it has ever been my misfortune to witness disgracing a Stoke shirt. That’s right, the one paced, one footed, shrinking violet that is Tom Ince- McLean is so awful he’s played over 140 games more in the Premiership than FancyDan. You may be right, but some Premier Managers have seen something in him.

I think its more to do with players and the footballing big boys not supporting him or condemning the abuse, not that the police didn't take it further

You're aren't really saying that because someone was born black they shouldnt have to tolerate abuse whereas an Irish Catholic should to an extent because that's what they chose?

I didn't realise he got abuse for being Irish or Catholic. No one should be abused because of their race, nationality or religious belief.

Not the greatest example of a joke though, dressing like a terrorist teaching his daughter history, if a muslim player had dressed as a jihadist and posted the exact same picture there would be uproar.

It won’t be long before the Pig’s Head hidden in the locker raises it’s head(see what I’ve done there) as an example of Stoke City’s failure to control racist behaviour. In the mid 80’s I spent several weeks in Ballymena- to be a Catholic there was the equivalent of being a Negro in 1920’s Tulsa- yes it was that bad.

For those saying he's crap but works hard, I'd rather that than skillful but doesn't bother. Look at Jese for christ's sake.
Obviously you want someone who is both technically gifted and works hard, but they aren't exactly common for teams like us.
Him and Clucas, based on recent performances (I'm not just on about work ethic, but also actual goals and assists), should be the first names on the team sheet week in, week out right now.

Brings to mind this song that caused a bit of a stir back in the day...
Glad to see the band still playing this. Only the terminally dim struggled to grasp the message.

I never said it is ok to abuse someone, i said the opposite, however trolls do not need an excuse, and thats exactly what he gave them in posting that picture. You are however correct in saying i didnt find his 'joke' funny, but that is just my belief.

The race discrimination law was used in its early days against landlords who refused to take Irish tenants
