I know we have been fixated on the tense relegation battle. However the fight for 6th spot is just as crazy. Even Blackburn in 12th place are not completely out of it, so thats 7 clubs in contention!! I have no idea who will finish 6th, maybe Cardiff but it could go to the last game. My main conclusion is that this season any average team that reasonably consistent could make the play offs outside of maybe the top 4 the rest are bang average at best. MON's record of just over 1.5 pts per game would give him 70pts for the season probably the same tally that the 6th place will achieve. Will it be the same next season? Quite likely

Agree on Bristol but the more team that’ have something to play fu4 against our rivals the better Blackburn for example play Luton on the last day Cardiff play hull

I’d prefer Bristol to be mathematically out of it before we play them!! Imlossible, most points behind they can be Wednesday is 6 with 9 to play for.

If West Brom don't beat Fulham it could be interesting, providing Brentford beat Preston of course. A point at Bristol would make it all ok though for us. Would love to see Brentford go up.

BM I don’t give a fuck as long as we beat them, BristolRovers/Citymick...🤣 Fair enough mate but I think I’ll save that tweet and post it every time I see City called Bristol in the next few days which will probably be a lot. It’s just one of my pet hates because no one calls the Manchester clubs “Manchester “ but City and United like they are the only clubs with those names. A bit petty I know mate but I think it comes across as disrespectful to the Bristol clubs whilst sucking up to the glory hunting twats who support the Manc clubs. If Vale were called Stoke United or Rovers or whatever you’d get it. BM
