cant remember if it goes in with whites or colours, and me dad has said I cant wash it on its own cos of the waste of water, leccy etc.

i (mean mrs) also wash it inside out, help protects colours and badges, alledgley.

Never wash at above 40 degrees. Best with whites.

Putting salt in with the detergent for the first wash of a coloured item helps to "fix" the colours - allegedly!
