I've still not quite recovered my composure following Tuesday nights no show but what has concerned me the most is the managers comments about "goings on in the dressing room that he's unhappy with".
Only the day before the game he'd come out and said that the spirit and togetherness of the group was good and during lockdown, he'd praised the professionalism of the players. Given those two positive comments, the post match comments come as a real concern.
I wonder if the pre-Barnsley press conference will see him challenged to expand on these concerns that he has or even if they will reference Paul Cook's comment about the "obvious problems that MON has".
Seems like the whole world knows what is wrong behind the scenes at our club aside from the supporters. We really could do with shutting this one down as quickly as possible.

One for the intrepid Ange to ask?

Agreed Dave, what the hell is this problem?. I would imagine most of the prima Donna's from the premiership era have been shifted out, so is it more recent players we have issues with, or is it higher up and not the players. O'Neill strikes me as an honest upfront sort of man, not like TP who at times came out with proper bullshit.

His side will be telling, I fully expect him to drop Butland and Ince and I'm hoping he gave Clucas the bollocking of his lifetime as well.......

I have generally been a defender of Butland and think much of the criticism has been overdone, however Tuesday was a different matter and if he isn't dropped I think it will say more about Davies than MON.
