Haven't Brum got away without a deduction?
Wednesday are the only hope. And they're currently winning, so they'd be on 52. So even a 9-point deduction (and can't see anything that heavy) wouldn't cut them off at the knees

Does Dennis Smith still sit on such panels?

Barnsley chairman has threatened legal action if they get relegated and the hearings are still to be heard before end of season.
Derby are still awaiting their verdict although they have pulled their finger out and got the points which would not out then trouble.
Nice 9 point deduction for both

We don’t even need to match the points earned by Hull, Huddersfield, Luton and Barnsley to stay up. If we can’t do that we deserve all we get. Only Luton have a clearly easier run in than us. We need to take control of our own destiny

Be very careful what you wish for. These things have a nasty habit of turning around on you!
